Tender For corrigendum : supply of set of harnessed cables to clw spec. no. clw/es/03/0646, alt.-f with (i) plw requirement of harness cable for wap7 locomotive to annexure-a3 rev.-02 dated 18.03.2026 (ii) clw str no. clw/(2017)/eldo/(e)/str/01, rev-0 and installation/laying out of set of harnessed cable with other associated items (to be supplied by plw) as per sor plw/el/harnessed cables & cable tray/sor/004, dated:21.05.2024. notes: 1. following itemsto be supplied along with tendered item. (i) 3 pin cable connector female suitable to 2.5 sq mm cable mg 00f 16-10s b051 c30 003e of m/s allied electronics corporation or equivalent. (ii)3 pin rectapcle connector male suitable to 2.5 sq mm cable mg 06f 16-10p c30 of m/s allied electronics corporation or equivalent. 2. one set of tendered items to be sent to plw for sample approval after inspection by nominated agency before bulk supply. if any modifications/ changes are suggested by plw during sample approval, then firm shall have to carry out the modifications/changes as per plw requirement in the complete supplies. 3. evaluation of bids will be done purely on the basis of combined rate quoted for supply as well as installation/laying out of set of harnessed cables. 4.following addendum is incorporated to para 6.2 of sor plw/el/harnessed cables & cable tray/sor/004, dated:21.05.2024 "delay beyond ten working days from the allowed time for installation/laying out of harnessed cable shall be considered as failure of the supplier as per terms and conditions of the contract and plw would reserve the right to forfeit 20% balance payment against the material supplies for the corresponding qty. of harnessed cable sets".
