(iv) referring to various engineering documents relevant to the process modification scheme available with iocl as per direction of eic. (v) preparation of detail engineering drawing with all details including bom (bill of material), complying all relevant codes and standards as per the process modification scheme, ensuring inclusion of comments of various depts as instructed & guided by eic. (vi) submission of engineering drawing with bom to eic within 15 days from the date of receipt of the process modification scheme or as per instruction of eic. (vii) incorporating changes in the engineering drawing as per site conditions as and when required during execution stage (execution is not in the scope of the vendor) as per direction of eic. (ix) preparation of as-built drawing, up-dation of existing ga drawing, etc., after completion of execution of the process scheme as per direction of eic. (x) minimum deployment of one (01) mechanical engineer, four (04) mechanical draftsmen
