Tender For custom bid for services - internal haullage contract of bdfp and transit camp housing complex at mathura for period of 5 months-internal haullage and housekeeping contract of bdfp mathura and radhika vihar guest house for 5 month- part a: routine operation & maintenance: 1. housekeeping & mopping of the following areas on continuous basis as mentioned against each item. this includes removing of dust, dirt, water, waste materials, oil soaked clothes, shifting wastes outside plant area, removal of beehives , cobwebs as and when required, cleaning of roof once in a month etc. in licensed, unlicensed area as given below: (consumables to be provided by iocl. payment to be made on monthly basis). contractor to provide one hand rickshaw trolley during the duration of contract for collection of garbage etc. 1.1. housekeeping and mopping of admin / office building, control room, record room, staff room, old s&d ,ppe room etc. complete on daily basis. this includes sweeping, removing of dust, dirt, water, waste materials, oil soaked clothes, shifting wastes outside bdfp, removal of beehives, cobwebs. twice in a day for some area whenever instructed /required.(duration-daily). 1.2. pmcc, all sub-stations, security buildings, lab, transformer room,under supervision of electrical in charge on daily basis. (duration-daily). 1.3. housekeeping or cleaning of car & scooter parking area, security cabin of bdfp, tt parking area, ttpa security cabin,open area between ttpa and security rooms, drivers' rest room & adjoining toilets, area outside plant boundary wall up to main road. contractor shall have to call labor on sunday / off day for or desirable date for washing / cleaning of ttpa driveways.(duration-daily) 1.4. cleaning of drains outside & inside bdfp, between boundary wall and main road, complete cleaning and making the drains through for flow of water and disposal of the waste to an appropriate place. (duration-weekly). all storm water and any other drains inside/outside bdfp premise.tlf shed & complete tlf driveways, old pump house, crmb pump house and surrounding areas, road between main gate and tlf gate, compressor shed etc. on daily basis. contractor shall have to call labor on sunday /off day for washing / cleaning of tlf driveways, stacking at dirt pit and disposing the same on same day by suitable transport to an unobjectionable place outside the plant.(duration-daily). 1.5. safety & maintenance material store, main lube store etc on daily basis.(durationdaily). all driveways and roads including berms, all the three existing tank farm areas, circular roads etc complete on daily basis. (duration-daily). 1.6. cleaning of all toilets of admin building, conference hall of bdfp and ttpa driver s rest room, control room, lic cabin, security guards hall etc. at least twice on daily basis and keeping it clean at all the times. (duration-daily) cleaning of all tanks roof dirt, vegetation etc, removal of scrap, vegetation from fencing / concertina wirings on weekly basis as per the directions of location-in-charge/m&r officer. (durationweekly). cleaning of all the building roofs of all dirt, vegetation etc of bdfp on monthly basis as per the directions of location-in-charge. all the outer walls of all the building to be checked for any vegetation growth and removed regularly.(durationmonthly). cleaning/dusting of all doors, window-panes, and office -almirahs of all buildings on monthly basis as per the directions of location-in-charge.(durationmonthly),cleaning of old tank farm area, including cleaning of tank roof, removal of all dirt, vegetation and waste etc. in the tf area. 2. supervision of all the activities, job include taking instructions from plant i/c and other officers, lining up of activities for getting the job done. assistance in local purchases and other miscellaneous jobs on daily basis. Tender For outsource services for operation of district guest house, darbhanga in relation to the above subject- 1. cleaning of interior and exterior of district guest house, darbhanga:- 1. all the rooms of all the buildings of district guest house, darbhanga, verandah, toilets, wall tiles, all furniture and equipments, lights, fans, grills on the sides of the windows, outside and inside door, stairs, ramp etc. are included. ii. floor is to be cleaned regularly, floor should not remain dirty at any time. walls, windows and doors should be cleaned daily. ceiling should also be cleaned regularly. iii. materials used in cleaning work like floor cleaner, phenyl, glass cleaner, mosquito/cockroach spray, napthalene balls in toilets, hand wash, room freshener in each room, anti-bacterial soap in toilets, tissue paper, hand sanitizer etc. will be provided by the sensor. iv. the contractor will have to install dustbins at various places in the internal premises of the district guest house and it will be mandatory to clean the internal premises and trim the bushes regularly. v. remove water logging on the roof and balcony of the building and clean the plants growing on the building from the roots. vi. it is mandatory for all the workers to wear the dress/uniform provided by the agency. on which the name of the worker will be mentioned. vii. complete cleaning of the premises of the district guest house. viii. take care of the flowers and plants in the premises of the district guest house and irrigate them. ix. a beautiful garden and herbal garden will be developed by the contractor by planting new flowers and plants etc. from time to time. x. the contractor will have to paint the trees planted in the outer premises of the district guest house from time to time. xi. get the drains etc. of the district guest house cleaned corporately. xii. cleaning of premises adjoining the building and throwing dirty items at designated places and sprinkling of lime, gamexine and bleaching powder. xiii. the contractor will have to install two different coloured dustbins of not less than 2 feet in the outer premises of the district guest house. 02. laundry 1. bedsheets, pillow covers, sheets, towels etc. of each room will have to be washed, ironed and starched by the contractor. ii. blankets, curtains, mattresses, mosquito nets etc. will have to be washed by the contractor whenever they get dirty. iii. the contractor will have to supply the materials used in cleaning. iv. the account of clothes for washing will be maintained by the district guest house in-charge or other authorized personnel by maintaining a register in the prescribed format. for washing, the tenderer will have to keep a washing machine and iron for ironing. 03. food and drink 1. food etc. will have to be supplied to the guests staying in the district guest house, the payment for which will be made to the concerned agency by the concerned office or by the guest as per the menu. lpg gas will be supplied by the contractor for cooking. it will also be mandatory to keep an extra gas cylinder. the expenditure on tea, snacks, food etc. during the state guest / government function / government meeting will have to be made by the concerned agency as per the order and the bill at the prescribed rate will have to be submitted to the concerned office for payment. 04 generator 1. for uninterrupted power supply, about 100 kva pollution free, noise free generator will have to be installed in the district guest house, darbhanga. the service provider will make arrangements for power supply in both the buildings from the time of installation. in case of generator failure, the service provider will have to make alternative arrangements immediately. supply of fuel etc. will be done by the service provider, which will be paid on the basis of electricity availability and maintained log book on the basis of hourly rate. the wiring of the district guest house cannot be tampered with or parallel wiring can be done by the se
