Tender For pron of furniture for deficient international sailors trainee accn with galley and dining hall at ins shivaji lonavla - almirah med steel with shelves :- overall size shall be all as shown on drawing. it shall be made of 20 gauge thick mild steel sheet. the almirah shall have three shelves. the almirah shall have one normal handle 120 mm long having three way locking system with proper workmanship. all joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship.make of lock :- link/godrej/harrison.finish & paint :- all steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by ge) in seven stages tank process. the test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through nabl accredited lab., bath stool pvc : -overall size shall be all as shown on drg. make- amko or equivalent, bed hard steel :- overall size shall be all as shown on drg. all steel shall be rectangular ms pipe of 18 gauge thick. the head board shall be 800 mm high and foot board shall be 500 mm high. the head and foot board shall be provided with 18 mm thick isi mark 303 grade plywood shall be laminated with 0.7 mm sunmica sheet (colour and shade as approved by ge). 2 mm thick pvc half round edge beading without joints shall be provided all around . the top of bed hard shall be 12 mm thick bwr plywood isi mark 303 grade provided as shown on drg. all joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship. make of plywood : archidply/century/green plyfinish & paint :- all steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be powder coated (colour as approved by ge) in seven stages tank process. the test certificate for powder coating is to be submitted through nabl accredited lab., board notice :-overall size shall be all as shown on drg. all wood shall be first class teak wood.19 mm thick soft board shall be fixed in side of frame over which best quality green blaze cloth as approved by ge shall be fixed as shown on drg.aluminium flat of 63mmx3.25mm shall be provided all around at back of board.on front side 22mmx10mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter.polish & finish:-all wood surface shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. rest all as per drgs and as directed by engr-in-charge., chair dining cushioned :-overall size shall be all as shown on drg.all wood shall be first class teak wood.the size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm.stiifeners of size 20mmx25mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of foam covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg.side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm..four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.make of cushion:- sleepwell/kurlon/godrej interio polish & finish:-all wood surface shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. rest all as per drgs and as directed by engr-in-charge., chair easy :- overall size shall be all as shown on drg.all wood shall be first class teak wood. the cane shall be 2 mm wide 0.4 mm thick half round and woven in godrej pattern. hard rubber/pvc shoe shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs as per drg.polish & finish:-all wood surface shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish. rest all as per drgs and as directed by engr-in-charge., chair writing :-the frame of the chair shall be of ms tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric as
