Tender For supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fixed furniture for main hospital building of hbch rc muzaffarpur bihar 842004 - over head cabinetsover head storage - size : 450mm(d) & 600mm (h)/site requirement(h) storage cabinet: providing and fixing overhead storage cabinet formed of 18 mm marine plywood of approved make finished with 1.5 mm laminates of approved shed and pattern with adjustable shelves of 18mm thick marine plywood as per drawings. shutters:shutter of overhead cabinet to be formed of 18mm ply finished with 1.5 mm laminate of approved colour and pattern, with auto closing spring loaded hinges (hydraulic type) and aluminium profile handles all complete . all external exposed edges to be finished with 2mm thick pvc edge band of approved shade.(front area to be measured) note-rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like auto closing spring loaded hinges, locks, aluminium profile handles,tower bolts, and all necessary hardware items. (front area to be measured), full height storage unitproviding and fixing storage units of full/ low height as per drawing. they shall consist of 18mm thk. marine ply top, sides, bottom, shelves and shutters & 8mm thk marine ply for back. the bottom of the storages shall be at 75mm from ffl. the shutter with box type higes of approved make & teak lipping finished with melamine and with approved laminate on all the shutter edges.division of the shutters shall be made equally according to the length of the storages ( as approved by engineer in-charge/ architect). all the external surfaces including back shall be finished with 1.0mm thk. laminate of approved make. 18mm thk. marine ply shelves at 16 interval (approximately / divided equally) or as specified in drawing shall be provided. all inner surfaces shall be finished with laminate including the shutters. the cabinet has group locks, hinges,stopper, and magnate, handles of approved make & quality and provided s.s. satin finished handle of approved shape,size & make all complete. note- rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like hinges,magnets, locks, 150mm long ss satin finish handles, and any necessary hardware items. (front area to be measured), double skin partition providing and fixing full height double skin type partition main frame: -aluminium sections of 16 gauge of size 50x50 mm aluminium section verticals at minimum 600mm centre to centre spacing and 50 x 25 mm size aluminium sections horizontal at 600mm centre-centre spacing. extra frame below slab soffit for conduit to run above.(make - jindal, indal, hindalco) skin: 12mm thk marine ply backing on both side screwed with frame as per the drawing. finish: finished with 2mm thick laminate of approved make. laminate shall be fixed on plywood skins with glue having grooves as shown in the drawing or as directed by engineer in charge *the rate shall be also inclusive of pattas & bands, grooves at any level, any design in veneer, textures etc including the necessary framing/ openings for electrical, telephone & ac outlets. front area to me measured & opening for the door should be deducted for payment. ** note -rate for high partition to include the cost of framework above false ceiling as required to fix the same to the ceiling slab for which no extra payment shall be made and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the same., 12mm thick toughened glass fixed partitions with filming:providing and fixing in position 12mm clear float toughened glass partition with patch fittings for the full height glass partitions as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. the work to include making necessary template for all the glasses and then cutting the clear float glass to correct size, making all the necessary holes, cuts etc., then toughen the same.the cost to include all hardware (patch fittings etc) required of hettich/haffele/dorma or approved equivalent make viz., single corner patch, top and bottom corner
