Tender For customized amc/cmc for pre-owned products - sdh; primatel; annual maintenance contract (amc); quarterly; yes; amc of primatel make sdh equipment(s) deployed at ofc based communication system of railtel.- work is to carry out the amc of sdh equipment(s) deployed at railtel s network pan india. the work includes provision of technical support, repair/replacements and return of defective hardware, and site visit by experts in case of complex failures. this annual maintenance contract will cover the provision of remote as well as on-site services (in case of emergency like situations requiring deputing the competent technical resources to attend the failures) to be provided by the oem. this document will also cover the hardware replacement and return services for the rectification of defective modules/cards/parts etc which are the key tools in use for uninterrupted traffic. support for amc must be 24x7 basis. it also includes the key performance parameter which will decide the outcome of the oem within reasonable time frame along with the provision of penalties. to enforce fulfilment of support objectives, bidder shall make available services of one qualified engineer each at noc site and dr site to the satisfaction of railtel for level ii support during the amc period. this annual maintenance contract will cover the following services: i) technical support service. ii) hardware repair/replacement service. iii) software updates /os updates.
