Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - condemned surplus serviceable wdg3a loco no.13331 with its components under as is condition, available under the custody of sse/dsl/kjm . 1) ds-8 no. 230680 dtd 29.01.2025. age: 16.9 years as on 05.02.2024. qty: 1 nos/118.191 mts. 2) location: available at diesel loco shed kjm.delivery by number basis. 3) neighboring undeclared and nfs items shall not be disturbed. note.hsd/lube oil if found to be either returned to railways or an amount equivalent to the cost as advised by sr.dme/dsl/kjm, to be remitted to railways. 4) engine haulage charges for the movement of engines on private account is applicable with consultation with the operating department as advised by sr.dom/sbc and siding charges if any are to be paid by the purchaser in addition to the purchase cost of locomotive. 5) date of handing over of locomotive to the buyer shall be deemed as delivery date and the locomotive shall be deemed delivered to the buyer. 6) if the buyer so desires, he can get the locomotive serviced and overhauled in a railway workshop or diesel shed on payment basis. such repairs will be carried out only after the locomotive has been sold to the buyer i.e after balance sale value payment, sale proceeds have been received and locomotive has been handed over. the cost of such service/repair will be advised by sr.dme/dsl/kjm.before delivery. 7) all supplies (diesel lubricants, water etc) if any to be removed from the loco if sold as serviceable or unserviceable. 8) bidders are allowed to pay balance sale value bsv in installments as applicable under uniform e- sale conditions and depot conditions i.e 1 installment for lots upto 5 lakhs and 2 installments in case of lots exceeding rs. 5 lakh and upto rs. 15 lakh and 3 installments in case of lots exceeding rs. 15 lakh. but delivery order will be issued only after realization of payment of final installment 9) delivery will be on first come first serve basis. 10) prior to balance sale value payment purchaser is requested to coordinate with sr.dme/kjm 9731666450 for the availability of custodian sse dsl kjm 9731666474/sse gen kjm 9731666459.
