Tender For providing of custom bid for services - dgps based ship speed trial - for dgps receptor with required software and accessories for two (02) days per ship, on hire basis for measuring speed of the vessel and for manoeuvring trials during the sea trials. the total requirement is for three (03) years. a) the dgps receptor / transceiver unit, with accessories. b) sufficient software package for online data reception and processing for the above trials. c) required interfaces, accessories, printers, ups and all other equipments required for the satisfactory completion of the trials. d) service engineer assistance for the speed trials and other manouvering trials. e) any other items, which are not mentioned in this enquiry but required for the satisfactory completion of the trial is also to be included. the details of such items shall be clearly mentioned in your offer. f) the vendor shall prepare detailed reports including plots / charts and bear the responsibility for delivery of all required reports / charts to shipyard. (4 set hard copy+ 1 set electronic format in usb flash drive in auto cad/pdf/ms office format). g) calibration of the dgps unit items used to be done by the vendor and a valid calibration certificate of the equipments/system from classification soceity to be provided during trial. the same shall be verified with the yard personnel well before the date of trial. h) duration of the service for a period of three (03) years. i) the offer shall include the rate for hiring dgps system for two (02) days per ship. the price shall comprise of hiring for dgps system with accessories including service engineer support. a) the offer shall clearly comply the detailed scope of supply indicated in this tender document. b) the details of dgps receptor / transceiver unit, software packages, interfaces and all other accessories to be indicated. c) the trial includes the speed measuring and plotting using dgps, plotting the maneuvering trials like crash stop, thruster trials, turning circle test, zig-zag test and other tests related to maneuverability checking. d) the bid documents must be submitted complete in all respects. incomplete bids, late proposal or those not conforming to any of the instructions provided in this tender document, would be summarily rejected. e) the vendor shall submit the price bid as per the price bid format attached along with the bid
