Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - lot no. ap-ask-7007-coach-26-l1 [pl no. 98111073] scrap condemned released and un-serviceable bg 8 wheeler coaches without bogie sets, (ac coach -01 no and non-ac coache-01 no) cl-iii, are grounded condition @ arasikere station yard , hassan dist karnataka state on as is where is condition available under the custody of sse/hcr/ap shop or sse/c&w/mys. ds-8 no. 069322-24-00681 dt. 03-02-2025. coach no.[ner wgscn 143300] ds-8 no. 069322-24-00679 dt. 03-02-2025. coach no.[swr wgaccn 00125][ac coach] loc. coach available at arsikere station yard, araskiere ask hassan district, karnataka state . the following rc items are to be returned to sse/hcr/ap shop or sse/c&w/mys. before affecting the delivery. 1]bogie set complete(including brake cylinder, springs, wheel sets, alternator etc)[already removed] 2]wearing pieces(brass/hydral) [already removed] 3]buffer assembly (including buffer casing,plunger,rubber pads) [already removed] 4]screw couplin & draft gear assembly (including screw coupling and draft yoke)-2 sets in each coach note: 1] cutting permitted, purchaser has to ensure safety and precaution has to be taken to avoid any infringement to operating line. 2] the purchaser has to remove/clear the muck and mud and zero value items released from the condemned coaches at the location on final delivery of the lot. 3]as per jpo letter no. swr/m/w/22/vol.i dtd.6-7-2022. sse/c&w/mys, nominatted by sr.dme/mys shall hand over coaches to purchaser for cutting and delivery along with the witnessing officials collect all rc items as mentioned in ds8 duly observing all guidelines. the collected rc items shall be transferred further to workshop/myss on challan by sse/c&w/myss.
