Tender For providing of custom bid for services - mrpl has installed a single point mooring (spm) system off mangalore coast in arabian sea and associated submarine pipeline for transfer of crude from vlcc (very large crude carriers) to refinery. crude is transported from vlcc to buoy through two floating hoses and from buoy to plem (pipe line end manifold) through two submarine hoses. from plem crude is transferred to mrpl booster station by 48" subsea pipeline which is having approximate 18km length. for general schematic of facility, please refer attached annexure-a
