Tender For corrigendum : supply of 415v, utilization category ac23a, 630a local isolator cabinet in sheet steel enclosure complete with 630a, 3 pole load break switch. 2. shall be with side operated handle, padlocking facility, prebreak micro switch having 1no+1nc contact. 3. micro switch contacts shall be wired to 4 sq mm tb for external termination. 4. provision of padlock system having sufficient space to lock the isolator at off position by minimum two agencies at a time. 5. complete with both power & control circuit wiring with all insulators, bus bars and control terminal blocks. 6. detachable bottom gland plate for entry of cables from bottom. 7. front door shall be hinged and inter-locked with the isolator in 'on' position. the front door should have a minimum 3 mm thickness perspex/triplex window for observation of position of contacts. 8. isolator should confirm to iec 60364 standard. 9. the dimensional drawing of the local isolator cabinet or product catalogue showing mounting arrangement of the components should be enclosed along with the offer. 10. isolator cabinet should be provided with rain canopy. 11. any isolator parts should not be made of aluminium/aluminium alloy. 12. isolator cabinet shall be metal enclosed suitable for wall fixing using 4 welded fixations, dust and vermin proof and shall be provided with degree of protection as ip-55. 13. provision for three distinct parallel busbar per phase for termination of three nos of 240 sqmm aluminum cables for incoming and two distinct busbar per phase for termination of 120 sqmm copper cable. 14. all hardware used in isolator cabinet shall be corrosion resistant. 15. minimum clearance between the live parts and detachable bottom cable gland plate shall be 400mm. 16. cabinet should be painted with alkaline resistant epoxy paint. 17. isolator cabinet shall have provision for earthing at two separate and distinct points. 18. each isolator cabinet should be supplied with panel keys., push button station specification: 1. pbs made of 2mm sheet steel enclosure with rain canopy, protection: ip-65. 2. 01 no. of green colour start pb with 1no+1nc contacts, 01 no. of red colour stop pb with 1no+1nc contacts, 01 no.of increase pb with 1no+1nc contacts <(>&<)> 01 no.of decrease pb with 1no+1nc contacts. one emergency stop push button with 1no+1nc contacts (push to lock type) shall be provided. size of each push button is of 22.5mm diameter. inscription plate for all push buttons. 3. pb shall be wired with 2.5 sq.mm. copper wire to 40 nos. serially numbered terminal blocks (tb) of elmex make having tb-5-6, 7-8, 11-12, 13-14 <(>&<)> 17-18 shorting link. 4. two nos. of cut out of size 72x72 mm for ammeter and rpm meter shall be provided. 5. 'on','off' <(>&<)> 'trip' indication led lamps in red, green <(>&<)> amber colour respectively with inscription plate to be provided. 6. all push buttons, elements, led lamps <(>&<)> cutout for ammeter <(>&<)> rpm meter shall be on the hinged door of the pb station. 7. pb station shall be weather proof, neoprene rubber gasket suitable for outdoor application. 8. 2nos. of earthing studs to be provided. 9. left side hinged door shall be provided with flexible braided copper earthing. 10. pbs shall have 04 nos. of corrosion free bracket suitable to fix on vertical surface. 11. detachable gland plate to be provided. 12. the push button shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer <(>&<)> two coats of zinc chromate primer and finally finished with stoving enamel grey paint. 13. the push button station shall be generally in line of enclosed drawing (fig-2). 14. party to submit the drawing along with the offer for technical scrutiny.

Tender For supply of ferritic steel sheet 12x1250x3000mm., as per drawing: is:6911-1992,grade x04c r12 (405), surface finish 2d as per table 8., packing instruction: stainless steel sheets, coils and plates:- (a) stainless steel (austenitic & ferritic steel) coils. the coil shall be prote cted in reasonably good condition to withstand normal handling hazard during trans it with the following provision as the barest minimum: i) coil should be wrapped with a layer of water proof paper through out whole length. ii) coil should be wrapped with a layer of biodegradeable sheet. iii) outer & inner of coil should be wrapped with gi she et. iv) side of the coil should be covered with card board sheet. v) after this whole coi l should be wrapped with biodegradeable plastic sheet of suitable thickness. vi) the inner edge of the coil should be protected by gi ring followed by another iron ring. vii ) outer edge of the coil should be wrapped with gi ring. viii) coil should be securely st rapped with minium 5 steel bands through the eyes of the coil and minium 3 steel bands on the circumference of the eye. ix) whole coil should be mounted on wooden blocks f or easy lifting/stacking. x) the sheets in coil form for thickness 2mm and above shall h ave: inner dia of coil 450-800mm outer dia of coil 1000-1300mm weight of coil 2.4 - 10 ton nes xi) the sheets in coil form for thickness below 2mm shall have: inner dia of coil 450 -650mm outer dia of coil 1000-1300mm weight of coil 5.0 - 10 tonnes. (b) stainless steel ( austenitic & ferritic steel plates/sheets) i) the sheets/plates shall be supplied in bundle s of optimum weight: 2mt+/-10% & each sheet/plate shall be seprated with a layer of wa ter proof paper, after this the whole bundle should be wrapped with double layer of water proof paper and a biodegradeable plastic sheet of suitable thickness. a metal pr otection in edges should also be provided. ii) all bundles shall have a minimum of 2 hoo ps upto 1.2 meter in length and one extra hoop for every additional meter. the bundles shall also be provided with skid (wooden packing under neath) to facilitate handling. mechanical damange & corrosion during transit if any shall be at the cost of supplier. , proction procedure: covered in pi [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
