Tender For custom bid for services - comprehensive annual maintenance contract of cs12 eakon cold store located at doddanekundi plant acd for a period of 3 years -summary: comprehensive annual maintenance contract includes maintenance, repair/replacement of all the components of the cold stores as follows: a) compressor, condenser unit, evaporator unit, suitable refrigerant, power supply system, control system, all safety features, operator panel, different type of sensors, interconnecting piping including drainage water pipes, cold room panels, coil and drain heaters, doors, lighting, temperature recording panels, and all other electrical, mechanical as well as electronics components of the systems & eurotherm electronic recorder.b) detailed scope of work:1 vendor should take over the cold stores for camc, in as-is-conditions., 2) preventive maintenance (pm) of the units to be carried out every month in consultation with user / maintenance dept, and detailed pm schedule to be drawn up and a copy of the pm carried out (service report) should be forwarded to purchase department duly endorsed by maintenance dept. for the reference and records. this pm should be carried out apart from periodical servicing and attending the breakdown calls. 3) servicing of the units should be carried out once in every three months, within two weeks of commencement of the quarter. this should be carried out preferably on sundays/ holidays. this servicing involves cleaning of condensers, cooling coils, filters (if any) leakage testing & rectification; and any/all other works required to ensure proper functioning of the units. a copy of the service carried out (service report) should be forwarded to purchase dept. duly endorsed by user/ maintenance dept for the reference and records. 4) the firm should monitor the temperature/ attend breakdown / preventive maintenance or any other request from user/ maintenance /quality dept. & monitor the functioning of all the cold stores. the firm should monitor and record the cold store chamber temperature every hour during shift hours and should take signature on recorded values by user, quality dept /maintenance dept. daily. the camc vendor s scope of work will be active for three shifts per day/round the clock, including sundays & holidays, i.e. all days throughout the camc period. 5) the firm should inform all the three departments user/qa/maint. in the event of malfunctioning of the equipment is noticed. they also should ensure safety of the materials stored in the event of failure of the cold stores. 6) the firm should report any abnormality, breakdown, or any bypass made immediately to all the three dept viz user, maintenance and quality dept. the equipment uptime should be greater than 95% without any interruption. 7) the firm should inform to the maintenance department in the case power failure, so that maintenance dept. can arrange for switching on the dg supply. 8) the firm should able to read the temperature in the electronic temperature recorder. 9) the firm should attend any number of breakdown complaints as and when reported by user/ maintenance dept/ quality dept during the contract period. the breakdown complaints should be attended within 8 hrs from the receipt of oral or written complaints and the system should be rectified within a day, except for the major breakdowns. 10) the firm should bring all the tools and tackles necessary including consumables for the repair / servicing. 11) the firm should hand over the cold stores in good working condition after the completion of camc, failing which necessary remedial actions will be taken to recover loses to acd-hal by deducting equivalent amount from the due amount. c) monthly checks: checking and servicing of cold stores.- (a) compressors- condensing units, solenoid valves and all gauges, drier, globe valves and all gauges, hp/lp switches, oil pressure switches ., expansion valve and mixture., refrigerant level and top-up if required., oil le
