Tender For repair/ rewinding, loading and unloading, transportation of transformer cleaning of main tank, windings, core-assembly & accessories and removal of any kind of sludge deposition, foreign particles etc. present inside the main tank, heating of active parts in oven to remove moisture, check ir values, new insulation for winding & flexible to bushings has to be provided. reinstallation of core coil assembly in the main tank & re-connection of its core coil supporting clamps, core earthing link etc., replacement of all gaskets & oil seals. the transformer shall be painted with insulated epoxy standard original shade. old burnt copper scrap material is non-returnable. conducting routine tests as per is, to & fro transportation is in the scope of bidder.
