Tender For installation of electro-mechanical equipment at cps muthi for water supply to durga nagar. - h.c pumping units-2no-providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 50000 gph x 150 mtrs. head (02 no.s) horizontal centrifugal split casing pump with slow peed motor at cps muthi by way of excavation of earth work for laying of rcc foundation block. the job includes construction of foundation block for installation of 50000 gph x 150 mtrs. hend horizontal centrifugal pump set at cps muthi. by way of dismantling of old foundation blocks with the help of required tool and tackle and manual labour as per site requirement. disposing off the excavated material from the site to distance of at least 0.50 km with the help of manual labour and mechanical transport. job includes digging of pit of size 6x3.5x4and disposal of excavated material from the site of the work to the place of dumping. providing/lying of rcc foundation block of size 5x3.5x5(labove the ground level) in 1:2:3 cement concrete mix having requisite reinforcement with 12 mm dia. tor steel from center to center with proper spacing. fabrication and fitting of foundation bolts duly welded with cross members and threading at top with nut. foundation bolt shall be welded with tor steel and firmly grouted in the cement concrete mix, plastering and finishing from outside: fitting of base frame plate on the top of the block and leveling it both horizontally as well as vertically. strengthening of the base frame by providing and welding of m. s. channel cross members of required size and as per the size of frame for giving extra strength against vibration of the unit and on full load running conditions. complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for laying of the foundation block, plastering and finishing. placing horizontal centrifugal pumping unit on the base frame by using hydra crane, chain block, manual labour and other tools and tackles. leveling of the pump and motor properly on the base frame and coupling them by fitting of the m.s. coupling bolts with nuts rubber bushes and m.s. fasteners required for horizontal centrifugal pumping unit base connections with base frame job includes cost of material, carriage of machinery and allied materials to the site of work, loading/unloading and allied charges.suction line: fabrication of suction line by providing / fabrication of ms pipe of dia 150 mm. of length as per site requirement (09 mtr approx.) proper beveling of ms pipe for v-butt welding joints. the job includes providing and. fabrication of ms bends of 150 mm dia out of ms pipe 150 mm dia. providing/fabrication / fitting of ms flanges-4no wherever required and with the one flange compatible to be fitted the suction flange of both the pumps. job includes providing and fabrication of ms bends of 150 mm dia -04 no. the job also includes providing and fitting of sluice valves of 150 mm dia. (cs material)- 02no.(01 no.for each suction line of 02 pump sets) on suction lines. providing, fabrication and fitting of ms flanges at both end of sluice valve as per site requirement.delivery line: fabrication of delivery line by providing and fabrication of ms pipe 125 mm. upto manifold. proper beveling of ms pipes for v-butt welding joint. job includes fabrication/fitting of ms pipe 125 mm dia. upto manifold. job also involves making interconnection with manifold with the delivery flange of newly installed pumps. the job involves fabrication/fitting of ms bends as per site requirement no-02 out of 125 mm dia. ms pipe. fabrication of 04 no. ms flange of 125 mm dia. to match delivery flange of the pump and welding of flange with one end of the bend. makes interconnection of manifold with delivery pipe. job also includes providing/fitting of sluice valve (cs)-2no and reflux valve of 125mm-2no (cs material) on delivery side of each pumpset by the way of welding for on delivery line. all the welding work shall have to executed butt pre heated high pressure welding electrod

Tender For corrigendum : supply and execution items for reliability improvement of signalling inst. section of sr. dste/1/lko of lucknow div. nr. - excavating and refilling of trench to the level of ground with rammed earth asper drg. no.(nr/s&t/con/1.1/97a) so as not to form a drain 0.3 mtrs wide & 1mtr deep on both side of the station along side the track. it shall confirm to the safe distance as per signalling and cable plan in all type of soil, it also includes clearence of roots of trees and bushes., excavating and refilling of trench 0.3 mtrs wide & 0.8 mtr deep on pitced/stone/bricks paved surface, road/crossing/platform etc. and restoration of surafce to original condition., laying of signalling/telecom/power cables of different sizes as per attached guidelines (drg. no.(nr/s&t/con/1.1/97a) or latest on signalling cable laying and as per cable route plan approved by railways through trenches, rcc pipe, dwc pipe, gi pipe etc and meggering of cable before and after its laying of all type of outdoor cables. contractor have to transport cable from any store of lko division to site carefully. meggering to be done for each drum separately. meggering sheets to be supplied and filled up by contractor and submitted to railways, as per instructions by consignee., supply and laying of 2nd class bricks in the trench and laying as per drg. no. (nr/s&t/con./1.1/97a) or latest and as per instruction of the site engineer., boring and trenchless cabling along with supply and insertion of hdpe/dwc self lubricated pipes as per rdso spec no. rdso/spn/204/2011 ver 1.1 or latest of 120mm nominal dia in the bore at the depth of 1.4 meter to 2.1 meter from formation level (level of earth below ballast) as per drawing and as directed by engineer incharge by trenchless technology for laying of signalling /telecom/power cable under track /culvert etc. cable laying covered separately. inspection-consignee for supply of dwc/hdpe pipe. the following required coupling arrangement should also be supplied: 1. suitable snap fit couplers withrubber o ring, 2. spacers, 3. tees. 4. bend. 5. end cap(1 no. =6mtr ,straigh tpipe). (a) the cost shall include horizontal boring through any intermediate obstruction, either natural or man made or any boundary etc. (b) the rate is inclusive of all the materials equipment and labour required for during trenchless horizontal boring under the railway track. nothing extra shall be admissible on any account than the rate quoted above. (c) the pipeis to be laid underrailway track/road /culvert. all necessary arrangement are to be provideand all precautions are to be end is not deviated from the horizontal level line by more than 250mm in horizontal and vertical direction. (d) the rate shall be inclusive of direction and protection of underground utilities encountered during boring. (e) the payment for boring shall be made only when dwc/hdpe pipe are laid in the bore., concreting unschduled items in concrete of 1:3:6 ratio in cement, coarse sand and aggregate 25mm at different places in the yard and plastering top in fine plaster of 1:4 cement sand ratio. it also includes the excavation of earth as required at site and as per instruction of site incharge. the volume in cubic metres shall include the volume occupied by any ci foundation, trestle, ms angle or flat or gi pipe required to be embedded in the casting. cement coarse sand and aggregate 25mm are to be supplied by the contractor., earth work for excavation and refilling around location boxes and signals etc. where necessary including 50m lead and 1.5m lift. the lead is to be measured from centre of gravity of location to the centre of filling and lift from main ground level. the earth work should be well rammed including breaking of clods, levelling and dressing etc. as per instruction of engineer at site., brick work with well burnt bricks in foundations and plinths with cement and sand (ordinary) mixture of 1:4 ratio. all material is to be supplied by th
