Tender For custom bid for services - service order for pm of 20nos blt wj as per scope of work -types of servicing:- 1. check the hydraulic oil level in the reservoir. it should be between 'run' and 'high' limit with the bridge loaded. , 2. replace hydraulic oil completely. , 3. check the return line and pressure line filters for clogging indication. , 4. examine the hydraulic pipelines for leakages inside and outside the . , 5. unload the bridge, start the main pump and operate all cylinders in and out. pressurize them to the working pr.(300 bar) and watch for any leakages. leakages on rotary joints should also be observed. 6. put on the master switch and power-on-switch on different control , panels. , 7. start the main pump and operate no.1 and no.2 cylinder to extreme end condition. keep operating the cylinder in the end position. read pi pump pressure. if should be 300 bar. , 8. operate the no.3 or locking cylinder to its extreme position and check the pressure of p2 pump. the pressure should be 280 bar. 9. operate the levers of pvg-32 valve after starting the pump. the levers should move freely. check up all the joints and circlips. 10. start the auxiliary engine and check the rpm setting. it should be 2500. also check, start and stop button for their functioning. 11. remove the air cleaner of the auxiliary engine. 12. check the blower driving belts. , 13. start the auxiliary engine and load the auxiliary pump to 300 bar by operating no.2 cylinder. observe the exhaust of the auxiliary engine. , 14. drain the oil from the reductiongearbox of the auxiliary engine. 15. visually inspect the launching mechanism compnents mainly spade, , box, arm for any cracks / deformation (plate / welds). , 16. check the connecting pins of the launching mechanism f r lubrication. for excess play, dsmantle and check for wear. , 17. check the fixing of the rotary joints and the pipe clamps and the limit switches. , 18. check the haunch and the pin on arm assembly for cracks/ , deformation. , 19. check the securing of the trunion pins of no.3 cylinder, the linkage assembly pins and the cylinder mounting pins. , 20. check the rotation of the cylinder no.3 roller for free movements. , , san , -2- , 21.operate the locking cylinder and check the linkages locking the , bridge. , 22. operate the locking cylinder 'in' and 'out' and check the limit switches on the locking cylinder box for their operation, , 23. put the bridge back on the resting pads and see the cone position (alignment). , 24. with the bridge resting on the pads, check the operated condition of limit switches (switch should close). , 25. check the bridge hinge joint for weld cracks and proper securing of the main pins. , 26. check for any damage on top surface of trackways, entry to the bridge (bridge ends), anti-skid strip and 'w' strips (welded , underneath the bridge) for damages. , 27. check the torr ropes and the gudie ropes for their serviceability. , 28. hook the bridge to the launching mechanism and engage the hook of no.3 cylinder with moving crossbeam of the bridge and tighten the , ropes. the moving crossbeam should be parallel. , 29. check the moving crossbeam for any damage / crack. also observe the main pin, slide blocks and bolts securign the sliding blocks. 30. pulley blocks to be checked for weld crack/ deformation. 31. check the pulley and the pin securing them for wear and lubrication. , 32. check the lever connecting the larger pully and also the roller , retaining the rope with the larger pulley. , 33. check the guide pates retaining the rope for its wear / proper unting. , 34. check the end bracings and tube bracings for any deformation / , cracks. , 35. check the beta light markers for any deformation / functioning. 36. inpsect the bridge from underneath for any cracks / rust spot. ii) description of servicing job: , 1.if found low, top up. , (2).replace hydraulic oil completely , 3.if found clogged clean 'or' replace the element. , 4.any leakage noticed should be preve
