Tender For auction sale of others - sc. unreleased railway track along with its fittings inside besy in "as is where is " basis. condition - 1] materials will be delivered in weight basis, 2] ferrous metal and debris have to be cleared from site by the purchaser. 3] weight will be done in weigh bridge available at besy, 4] hammering not allowed, 5] cutting permission is allowed in rails, 6] the purchaser has to release the railway track along with its fittings and materials by digging the ground in besy, 7] for digging purpose purchaser may use necessary machine & tools at his own cost during lifting & delivery time.8] free delivery period for the lot has been approved for 80 [eighty] days by the competent authority.9] sc. unreleased railway track along with its fittings is all the line of besy except besy main line, line no 16 and 17 which are currently using for coach cutting purpose. please check special condition and detailed conditions / amendments / modifications if any in depot condition before bidding.
