(c) it should be water repellant & non greasy. (d) it should be hypoallergenic & allows skin to breathe. (e) it should be antibacterial & non-toxic. (f) it should be manufactured under a drug license by competent food & drug authority of the govt. (g) should give minimum protection for four hours, protective film to remain on handfor four hours.
