Tender For corrigendum : short refit of in ship> - ins astradharini sr-25 - hull00001dockingdocking (mt-10140)(mt-10140)(a) the refitting authority is to take all actions to ensure that the docking is carried out in accordance with the latest issue of the docking plan for the planned version of the docking which is specific to the vessel (and not generic to a class of vessels) and for a particular docking procedure. the refitting authorities are to forward docking plan, along with the check off list promulgated vide nc/policy/h-134/refit dated 11 may 18, to ihq(n)/dna through command hqs for approval. the docking facility is to be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the docking plan and docking procedures. (b) a dock master is to be appointed by the refitting authority for each docking evolution and the same is to the intimated to commanding officer/ master of the vessel as per format of no str 01/11, preferably 72 hours in advance of the commencement of docking evolution. (c) refitting authority (dock master and planner) are to review the calculation submitted by the ship. the docking/ undocking conferences are to be organised by the refitting authority (dock master and refit planner) to review readiness for docking/ undocking operations, at least 24 hours prior docking/ undocking. further, in order to understand criticality of each operation, and demarcation of responsibilities of the stakeholders, the dock master is to conduct a centralised briefing for all the stakeholders 24 hours prior every docking/ undocking operation., 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(a) remove marine fouling from entire uw external hull area using wooden scrapper or hydro jetting with maximum pressure not exceeding 3000 psi., 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(b) scrape and clean under water and boot topping area (including wind and water areas) to remove all loose paint film, rust etc. paint scheme repair/ renewal is to be undertaken iaw ihq, mod policy letter nc/0528/llps dated 20 jul 11 and ncd 1491 issue 1 of may 11 and surface preparation to be undertaken iaw with no 53/16 (note :- wind and water areas to be considered up to 500mm above boot top.), 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(c) carry out survey of external uw hull structure in accordance with no 01/15 and ihq mod (n)/ dna letter nc/7631 dated 01 nov 22 as follows :-note:- 100% visual survey of complete underwater hull and boot top including wind and water areas i.e. area up to 500mm above boot top area., 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(d) excessive areas of breakdown of abrasive anticorrosive paints to be blasted and recoated with full paint scheme. paint scheme on full underwater hull and boot top including wind and water areas i.e. area up to 500mm above boot top area is to be restored. surface preparation to be undertaken iaw with no 53/16. paint scheme repair/ repairs is to be undertaken iaw ihq, mod (n) policy letter nc/0528/llps dated 20 jul 11 and ncd 1481 issue 3 of may 11., 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(e) application of one coat of a/f paint on under water hull and boot top area to be carried out post adequate surface preparation based on the findings of joint inspection with oem. paint touch up/ maintenance painting to be carried out iaw no 53/16/ policies/ ncd in vogue., 00002u/w hullexternal underwater area (mt-11023)(f) paint scheme of all technical windows above water line to be restored iaw no 53/16. test and trials of all renewed plates are to be carried out iaw para 42 and 43 of no 01/15., 00003u/w hull (as per no 53/16)preservation/ paintingcarry out assesment based painting of external underwater hull including boot top area wherever applicable (post joint uw inspection). carry out fresh water hosing down before starting of painting. the u/w hull painting includes painting of u/w fittings, gratings and other u/w appendages as well.note:(i) warranty of paint scheme should be confirmed from
