Tender For auction sale of others - dismantlig of abandoned/condemned rcc over head tank at special repair.cdo/ltt diesel engine cutting yard,kurla and sse/wks/ltt special repair office premises. remarks - 1. lot is approachable by pakka road. 2. the delivery will be made on as is where is basis and by lot basis. the items mentioned in the description only will be delivered. 3. lot number is exhibited/painted on the structure. 3. the quantity is worked out on approximate basis. 4. the delivery will be made on lot basis and no part delivery will be allowed. 5 materials like electric wires, fittings & cables and other such kind of materials. available inside the structure which is not within the scope of lot description, shall be handed over by the purchaser to custodian.6. the items used in fencing around the structure such as rail, tie bar, jali, stone, bricks, wooden pillar or any other items and similar type of material lying nearby the structure/lot will not be delivered.7. dismantling& cutting is allowed for easy loading purpose at the risk & cost of the purchaser 8. dismantling is permitted uptoground level only.9. the purchaser should ensure that during dismantling & cutting operation no nearby structure/building should be affected and take necessary care/safety precautions to avoid any mishap as well as damage to railway property. there is movement of vehicles and humans near the tanks. purchaser should barricade the location before dismantling/breaking of tanks.10. the purchaser will be fully responsible if any accident/unusual incident occurs at worksite/place during dismantling. 11. extra precaution to be taken if there are trees near the structure or its branches are spreadover the same.13. train operations and other railway work should not be disturbed/affected.14. after complete removal of pcc/bricks/rubble masonry and rubbish from the site, delivery of other items will be permitted and the land should be cleared of all debris before completion of delivery.15. the list & location of rcc tanks are available with stockholder. 16.the purchaser is advised to see the lot site and units before bidding. stock holder- sse(works) cla. qty-1.0 bylot.

Tender For auction sale of pway scrap - scrap rail 60 kg 1 mtr long above remarks :-kachcha approach road is available near by the lot. no wear and tear has been provided for any scrap rails delivery will be made on sectional weight per meter basis only. quantity is physically available. delivery will be made during dry season lot no. has been painted on the lot. actual measurement painted on each rail in meter. cutting of rail above 6 meters is allowed for easy transportation. the quantity as per ss-11 has been 96.944 mts.rail in nos.184,r/mtrs 1864.31 and physically available at the site. the stockholder will be fully responsible for any alteration, addition or deletion in the lot after joint inspection. dunnage 03 nos. rails are included in the lot length 20.12 r/mtrs and it should be delivered.at the time of delivery. fish plates/joggle fish plates/glued joints and other fittings are to be returned to the stockholder. in stack no.01 there are some mix rail 14 nos ,04 nos tounge rail &06 stack rail, laying near the lot. rail 52 kg,04 nos wing rail, & other rail not included in lot. the same should not be delivered. at the time of delivery. in stack no.02 laying near by lot 11.69 mtr rail , 03 nos other rail 60 kg , st sleeper 10, 01 ohe pole are not included in lot..the same should not be delivered. similar and other type of material such as scrap rails are lying nearby lot will not be delivered, only lot qty will be delivered. it is strictly advice to bidder to see the lot personally before the bidding for the lot. lot is ok for sale on above observations. stock holder- sse p .way kjt-ii.
