Tender For providing of bagasse bungas (session 2026-27) - 2025-26 session, the estimated residual loose bagasse—amounting to approximately 38,000 quintals—must be collected at the designated location and stacked in a pyramid-shaped mound. this mound is to be secured using polythene sheeting and ropes to form a square enclosure; additionally, the upper surfaces of the bagasse must be covered with netting. furthermore, a protective structure (*bunga*) is to be constructed around the stack by erecting bamboo posts and covering the assembly with thatch. this structure must be bound securely in such a manner that rainwater is prevented from penetrating the interior, thereby ensuring the safety and preservation of the bagasse. the *bunga* should be designed to accommodate the maximum possible volume of available bagasse. any surplus bagasse currently scattered across the concrete floor—as well as that extending beyond the floor onto the unpaved ground (covering an area of 3–4 meters)—and the bagasse scattered on both the unpaved and concrete surfaces on the opposite side of the conveyor (towards the kharkhoda road) must all be consolidated. this entire quantity of bagasse must be pushed onto the paved floor (specifically in front of the feeding point of the return bagasse carrier) and extended approximately 10 meters further along the paved floor to construct the *bunga*, thereby safeguarding the bagasse against spoilage during the rainy season. all expenses associated with the aforementioned tasks shall be deemed subsumed within the overall cost allocated for the construction of the *bunga*; no separate or additional payment shall be admissible for these activities.
