Tender For auction sale of others - abandoned old buildings/sheds/structures of mg workshop- 04 units ,unit no. 19 - small shed near dome , unit no. 22 - record room, unit no. 23 - dwm office, unit no. 24 - machine and generator room location - mg workshop bvp. in lot abandoned condemned buildings consisting of released ac sheet approx. - 433 sqm, released steel door u/s - 60 kg, released manglore tiles approx. - 620 sqm, released rails from structures u/s [41.25.50r & other miscellaneous type of rail off sizes] - 896 kg, ms scrap. i.e tie bar, flat, angle, fish plate, nut, bolt, ms sheet door, steel bar , gi sheet, xpm jalli etc. off size approx - 6726.7 kg, released masonary /rubble approx - 290.9 cum. custodian is sse (w) bvp, mode of delivery by weight, deliverable lot qty - 7.683 mt, loading by purchaser. note: 1. delivery of only ferrous material as mentioned qty. in lot will be given. purchaser is not allowed to take leftover ferrous material. 2. all wooden material including released door with chowkhat, released window with chowkhat, zaffry or any other wooden items are reclaimable and needed to submit to the custodian at reclaim area marked in mg workshop. 3. delivery of the material will be given only after submission of reclaimable material 4. purchaser needs to remove debris, bricks, masonary, rubble, ac sheets, manglore tiles from the dismantling sites untill ground is fully clear before taking the delivery. 5. dismantling is permitted up to ground level only. below ground level does not be permitted. cutting is permitted. due care is to be taken by the bidder/purchaser to avoid unwanted mishapes at work spots. they should ensure to keep a safety banner around the work spot till it is completed since the locations are surrounded with working offices. 6. after removing/ clearing the rcc/ brick masonary rubbish from the spot only, the delivery of iron material will be affected. 7. contractor should take care of any cable while dismantling and digging. damage to railways shall be recovered as per extent rules. 8. part delivery is not allowed. 9. any mg/bg rail lines or pway scrap with or without attachments lying under or beneath of building/sheds/structures are not deliverable. 10. purchaser need to first dismantle the all buildings/sheds/structures then only delivery will be permitted. fdp 50 days.
