Tender For providing childrens playground equipment (jhula) in west campus near kendriya bhandar park of iit delhi - childrens playground equipment, supply and installation of childrens playground equipment supply, delivery, and installation of a factory-fabricated suitable for children, constructed from high-quality powder-coated galvanized steel and weather-resistant hdpe or plastic seats and handles. the equipment shall consist with anti-slip grips and ergonomic support, mounted on a central pivot frame with heavy-duty bearings to ensure smooth and safe operation. all materials used shall be uv-stabilized, rust-resistant, and conform to playground safety standards. the equipment shall be securely anchored into a concrete foundation as per the manufacturer s specifications, complete in all respects including excavation, foundation, backfilling, and finishing to the required level.(the equipment must accompanied with test reports for quality, safety, durblity, and proper functioning of equipment), 1) providing and fixing deluxe 2 see saw as per specifications, 1.1) deluxe 2 see saw:- product area: minimum 2500 mm x 350 mm. safe play area: minimum 4500 mm x 1500 mm. see saw lever is made up of minimum 100 nb gi b- class pipes. lever length willbe minimum 2500 mm long. lever ends are coveredwith gi pipe end cap. two nos. of seats are made up of lldpe plastic with inbuilt handle. stand is made up of minimum 80 nb gi b-class pipes. two no of pedestal bearing are given for smooth and noiseless movement of see saw lever. bearing is covered with nylon cover, 2) providing and fixing of deluxe slide as per specifications, 2.1) deluxe slide ae301 structure made of 35mm x 4mm angle iron frame slide: g.i. sheet slide length: 6ft, 3) providing and fixing of kids merry go round as per specifications, 3.1) frp platform merry go round:- product area: minimum 1500 mm diameter. safe play area: minimum 3000 mm diameter. the platform of merry go round made up offibre reinforced plastic. the ring on which the frp platform is based. barcode on machine to show the proper use of machine., 4) providing and fixing of horse rider as per specifications, 4.1) horse rider product area: minimum 900 x 350 mm. safe area: minimum 2700 mm x 950 mm. spring assembly is made up of square plates & compression spring. compression spring is made up of minimum 18 dia wire, spring dia is minimum 200 mm and height is min 300 mm (+10%). stand is made up of minimum 40 nb b class g.i isi mark pipes of reputed make (jindal/bhushan/tata) plate is welded on it to fix plastic bike on it firmly. all welded joints are properly groundedand coated with an epoxy sealant for rust resistance. all sharp edges and corners are properly ground before painting. powder coat done by first coat of superior brand primer 40-50 micron thickness and top coat of pure polyester powder with 70- 80 micron thickness. character is made up of lldpe plastic with rotational moulding process which is nonageing, non-toxic and have u.v. stabilizers for colour resistance. length of bike is minimum 850 mm long and weight is minimum 7 kgs. it has inbuilt handle and foot rest., 5) providing and fixing of triple swing side as per specifications, 5.1) triple swing, side pipe - 35 mm upper pipe - 50 mm seat - rubber sheet chain - 3 mm.
