Tender For supplying of materials and supplying and spreading of materials at various places of vapi municipal area. annual rate 2026-2027 - supplying of yellow earth, garden soil at site as directed., supplying of hard murram at site as directed., supplying of coarse clean sharp sand at site as directed., supplying of crushed stone aggregates, chippings etc. of disintegrated pieces, eletatrious and organic matter (for bitumen surface dressing etc.) and grading as per i.r.c.code., (i)10 mm to 40 mm size m/c metal, (ii)6 mm to 10 mm size grit., (iii) 40 mm to 90 mm size metal, (iv)9 thick rubble, supplying bricks., supplying of granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc, with grading material of 53 mm to 26.5 mm size @35 percent,26.5mm to 4.75 mm @ 45 percent and 2.36mm below @ 20 percent at site as directed., providing wet mix base course maximum 200 mm thick using machine crushed b.t. chips as per required gradation mixing with required optimum quantity of water conveying the mix to site of work, including cost of materials labour plant and equipment etc complete, construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material(metal), spreading in uniform layer on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at omc, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc, complete as directed by engineer in charge., providing and laying wet mix base course maximum 150 mm thick using machine crushed b.t. chips as per required gradation mixing with required optimum quantity of water conveying the mix to site of work, spreading into grade and camber with mechanical paver and consolidation with vibratory road roller including cost of material labour plant and equipment etc complete as directed by engineer in charge., supplying and spreading of following materials at site as directed by engineer in charge including rolling and consolidation with vibratory roller as directed by enigineer in charge., (i)10 mm to 40 mm size m/c metal, (ii)6 mm to 10 mm size grit., (iii)40 mm to 90 mm size metal, (iv)9 thick rubble, supplying and spreading hard murram including rolling and consolidation with vibratory roller as directed by enigineer in charge., note:- all rate are required compulsory
