Tender For custom bid for services - annual contract for packing plant operation-complete operation of packing plant section for smooth despatch of cement bags by truck and rakes-the contractor shall be responsible for the continuous operation of the packing plant activities deploying adequate manpower as under a) unloading and proper stacking of empty hdpe/pp bags at any time with the receipt of empty bag vehicles. b) branding viz. week, month, mrp on empty bags and other related stamping as required including preparation of stencils and good quality ink. c) sorting and loading of empty bags for the rejected lot after inspection by the committee. d) shifting of branded bags from godown to packer floor and supply bags to packer operator. e) packer operation for loading of trucks/wagons and bulk loading of tankers with related activities etc. f)loading of cement bags in countable position with proper stacking in to trucks &wagons. g) check weighment of filled cement bags during operation periodically, record keeping for the same and performing adjustment of mechanical packers as per requirement to ensure no trucks will be detained with weight variation. h) cement extraction from silos for bulk loading & loading of cement bags in trucks/wagons with proper stacking. ensure extraction chutes free from jamming time to time. i) housekeeping the packing plant premises such as wagon loading platforms, truck loading area, gallery belts area, silo bottom, elevator pits. spilled cement & foreign material accumulated at hopper floor (screen floor) should be cleared time to time to avoid jamming of packers while in operation. cleaning of bulk loading weigh bridge on daily basis and keep it always in good operational condition. j) hand filling of spilled cement accumulated at all belt conveyor drive area, loading chutes, wagon loading platforms and at truck loading ground floor and re bagging of cut & torn cement bags fell down from the conveyor belts. head loading of the hand filled bags and good condition bags laid down if any on daily basis to avoid accumulation of spilled cement and bags. k) opening / closing of wagon doors along with proper sealing activity as per standard and cleaning of wagons before starting the loading. l) packer machines, feed valves and bucket elevators routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance. m) skilled fitter should be available in a, b, c and general shifts for maintenance. n) basis of operation shall be rate / mt however the contractor should engage own and adequate man power for smooth operation as per scope of work mentioned above. o) contractor ensures that to load different grades of cement in the same truck as per dc sent by marketing dept. p) contractor ensure to run 3nos packers for truck loading and 5nos.packers for wagon loading.
