Tender For deployment of equipment for cleaning of all toilet blocks and rest shelters inside port area to maintain high standard of hygienic and to avoid pollution - "deployment of equipment and cleaning of toilet blocks during all three shifts inside cargo jetty area by cleaning the entire toilet blocks and its surroundings consisting of bathrooms, w.c., urinals etc. including cost of acid, phynile, naptheline balls, detergent powder & other cleaning agents and room spray to avoid bad smells etc. complete to maintain high standard of hygenic & to avoid pollution. the rate is inclusive of maintenance of nahni traps, gully traps, internal sanitary fittings, internal sanitary lines, inspection chambers, manholes, drainage lines upto main line etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (water for cleaning will be supplied free of cost by deendayal port authority).i) toilet blocks of size- area up to 100 sq.m", toilet blocks of size -area more than 100 sq.m to 200 sq.m, cleaning & sweeping of rest shelters with the help of detergent powder, phenyle etc.. including cleaning of walls and outside periphery area of rest shelters as directed by engineer in charge. rates are including labour and required materials for cleaning work., deployment of tractor with tractor trolly for removing of solid waste materials from dustbins placed near to the rest shelters, along road sides and toilet block and to be deposited and disposed off outside port area at appropriate mode of transportation and at appropriate place lead upto 5.00 km including all labour, tools, including all labour, material and loading & unloading of waste as directed by engineer in charge., cleaning of toilet units including w/c, bath, urinals with the help of deploying labour and material like phynile, acid, neptahline balls, detergent powder and other cleaning agents. rates are including cost of labour and materials ., cleaning and removal of deposited waste sludge / garbage, debris etc. from septic tanks including loading, unloading by means of manually or mechanically conveying and disposing the same by appropriate mode of transportation and at appropriate place lead upto 5.00 km including all labour, tools, equipment mechanically or manually required complete as directed by engineer incharge.
