Tender For repairing and overhauling of one no twin lobe air blower assembly and renovation of 2 nos outgoing motor (blower ) feeder of lt pdb with supply, fitting and fixing spares at sludge pump house under swtp, kmda. - supply,installation,testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system/ blower and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of materials, machinaries , manpower, cutting,machining,aligning,anchoring,welding,finishing,consumables, carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting), i) base frame (ms), ii) shaft/pin with key ways made of ss-304, iii) gear& pinion (forged steel), supply and fixing the 3way c.i v grooved pulley with complete mechanism key way suitable to en-24, 60 mm dia/ as per sample of shaft end., a) motor driving, b) blower driving, supply of gear oil as per direction of engineer in charge., supply of grease, supply and delivery of the following bearing (make: skf):, i) 22312e/c3/ as per sample. (for blower), supply and fixing of tough v belts (make: fenner/power boom / v guard/benq/ecodrive) of the following size c 98/ as per sample., supply fitting fixing of ss (aisi304) bolts,nut & washer i) dia 10 mm to 20 mm a) length upto 75 mm, refixing of impeller of blower after dynamic balancing in workshop as per is rule after dismantling the same., dismantling the 25/30 h.p (18.5 kw)//30 h.p squirrel cage motor from its foundation by opening mounting bolts and disconnection of cables from terminal box and open the v belts for repairing purpose (in condition), preliminary checking of the whole motor (lt sq. cage im) and testing of i.r. value, load currents, leakage factor of stator & rotor, terminal lead joints of stator connection ends, insulation of glass fibre terminal bar, double cage rotor end rings and all of motor bars and bar joints, housing of d.e. & nde shield bearing housing etc. before work to detect fault., complete servicing and heat varnishing of 415volt, 3 phase l.t. sq. cage induction motor after cleaning the stator and heating it up periodically and varnishing by dr. beck s graded insulating varnish to obtain stable ir value, cleaning up the rotor, including heating for demoisturisation, lacker coating on the surface of rotor stampings, cleaning and ro priming on the end shield covers, bearing housing and complete the necessary repairing works as per direction of e.i.c.upto 75kw lt sq. cage im ], re fixing the 25/30h.p star/delta squirrel cage motor over its foundation by mean of mounting bolts & nuts, washer complete connection of existing led of cable at the terminal box and wear the v belts with proper alignment in respect to i.d. fan (12000 cu m/hr capacity)/ blower by adjusting the side rail for smooth running., finishing the end of terminal leads by s & f dowells copper sockets properly supplying tapes, petrollium jelly etc. 6 nos.upto 75kw lt sq. cage im., cost of mechanical work viz. shaft truness, checking key way looping of holes grinding and polishing etc. upto 75kw lt sq. cage im., inspection checking/testing and servicing of the existing starter panel, all terminal connection, contactors, relays etc as per desired technical specification including man and minor materials for proper functioning as per direction of eic., supply and fixing of 240/230 volt, 50 hz, t.p., power contactor (make: l & /abb/schneider/ simence/ ge) having contact block of the following range.32-55amp, supply & fixing of 230/240v, led indicating lamp make :ae/kappa/imp) blue/ white color., supply & fixing of 230/240v, led indicating lamp make :ae/kappa/imp) other than blue/ white color., supply and delivery of thermal overload relays (make: l & t/abb/schneider/simence/ ge/minilec) of the following range:a) 0.2-0.33/ 0.3-0,5/ 0.45-0.75, mn2, supply of ammeter selector switch current in each phase with off, 4 pos. 90 angle ofthrow (off-r-y-b) , supply and fixing of analog ammeter ranging
