Tender For packing of sugar produced in the dryer house during the crushing season 2025-26, filling of brown sugar after the end of the session, scraping of sugar material and cleaning of the house and work related to melting of raw sugar and dry seed.--breaking the stones of the hopper in the dairy house, putting coarse sugar in the hopper, removing wet and spoiled sugar from the hopper and filling it in the reject bag, one worker will have to be employed on the stone mesh of hopper no. 04 for breaking the stones in all three shifts and cleaning it regularly in each shift. cleaning all the hoppers, the nets of all the sugar graders and the pits of magnets and elevators within half an hour of the start of the shift and after four hours. engaging a worker for cleaning of grader who will clean the brew, bringing bales of pp bags from store to dairy house for filling with new sugar produced during the season and lifting the filled sugar sacks from sugar grader to weighing scale, placing the sacks on chain of sewing machine after weighing and after sewing keeping them neatly under tin rods inside and outside dairy house so that they can be counted as per convenience and taking out gravel from grader suits evenly and keeping it at the specified place. there should be no blockage in any suits in any daa. clean sugar falling from hopper no. 1 to 6 per shift and near sugar graders should be put in hoppers and picking up bad sugar/powder and filling it in reject sacks. sugar/bad sugar/powder should not be left lying on ground in any daa. all the above mentioned tasks should be done.
