Tender For supply/fitting of bronze bushes in two halves to the plummer block of floating shaft of 16/20 ton capacity 07 nos. radial gates u/s 1 (shaft dia 105 mm contains 02 nos bronze bushes on floating shaft), s/w 5 (shaft dia 62 mm contains 04 nos bronze bushes and 02 nos bearings on floating shaft), s/w 2, 11, 12, 13 & 14 (each tsp gate having shaft dia 70 mm contains 06 nos bronze bushes on floating shaft) installed at ujh barrage. the job includes dismantling of floating shaft from both side of the motor coupled elecon gear box of central drive unit along with plummer blocks of bushes type and nsk-14 bearing type. supply/fitting/fabrication, turning, machining the bronze bushes in two halves as per sample size, drilling holes in bushes making slots for lubrication greasing. supply/fitting of bearing of nsk-14 type plummer blocks by dismantling of old/ damaged bearings and fitted the same as per sample size. job also includes strengthening of floating shafts along with plummer blocks by way of welding, turning and polishing to make it the required size. assembling of all parts with the unit after strengthening of the intermediate supports by way of welding to weakened portion/spots including replacement of old cotter pins, foundation bolts along with nuts. supply/fitting of grease nipples on each plummer block to facilitate the lubrication process. lubrication/greasing to both plummer blocks i.e. bush type and bearing type of above mentioned undersluice and spillway radial gates and testing on full load at site. complete job includes supply and fitting charges, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable, p/fitting of new 2 nos. temperature indicator (wti and oti) with control system in place of damaged. connection of all the control system from buchholz relay and winding of transformer to ht panel no. 1 to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the transformer with copper control cable 8-core 1.00 sq. mm 15 m length approximately with other fittings as per site requirement of any is standard.

Tender For corrigendum : custom bid for services - non-core maintenance activities in m&s-1. the scope of work includes carrying out the following non-core activities of maintenance and services department at bhelpppu, thirumayam as per instructions of maintenance in-charge. as per bhel estimate, it requires indicative 2 no. of unskilled labours daily to complete all the below activities. 1. cleaning of machines, components, oil spilled area during and after maintenance. 2. movement of spares, components and consumables for maintenance. 3. maintenance assistance for heavy works. 4. handling of lubricants, hydraulic oil, gas cylinders and diesel. contractor's scope: aa) cleaning of machines, components and oil spilled areas during and after maintenance: 1. cleaning of sub-assemblies and dismantled components while attending the break-down of machines. 2. cleaning of machine bottom floor, facility bottom floor and hydraulic power pack surrounding area as and when required. 3. cleaning of the machine surface and other accessories & fixtures of the machines for trouble shooting and to access the machine components during maintenance. 4. cleaning of the machine, floor area after attending the breakdown. all the spillage oil, oil soaked cotton waste, refractory wastes and other scrap wastes generated during maintenance to be removed from the surroundings of the machine and moved to the waste bins. 5. cleaning of oil, chips and dust inside and outside machine pit and intricate areas of machines while attending maintenance. 6. cleaning of machine components, filters and stand-by sub-assemblies with suitable cleaning agents. 7. cleaning of machines under shifting and assisting the fitters & electricians for dismantling, shifting and re-erection activities. 8. cleaning of crane parts at the top of the cranes and at the floor level are to be done as per instruction of maintenance in-charge. bb) movement of spares, components and consumables for maintenance: 1. movement of machine components from machine area to work bench and vice versa. 2. movement of raw materials for spares manufacturing to the respective machine shop. 3. movement of spares, consumables, raw materials, gas cylinders, etc., from stores to respective maintenance sections/areas and vice versa. 4. movement of heavy duty cables and cable drums from storage area to work place and vice versa. 5. movement of waste / scrap material to the respective disposal area. 6. movement of crane parts and lifting tackles during maintenance and for testing. 7. movement of furnace castings, refractory bricks, castables, refractory cement, ceramic wool, etc. for furnace maintenance. cc) maintenance assistance for heavy works: 1. assistance in activities like cable laying, dragging, winding, etc. 2. loading & unloading of lpg cylinders, refractory materials, machine parts, etc. from transport vehicles. 3. assisting in loading & unloading of machines / machine parts during erection and shifting of machines as and when required. 4. assistance in various maintenance activities involving heavy works like tightening / loosening of heavy duty fasteners, removal & assembly of heavy bearings, etc. 5. handling of heavy parts of the machine during maintenance. dd) handling of lubricants, hydraulic oil, gas cylinders and diesel: 1. cleaning of lubrication and hydraulic system of machines fairly without any oil traces. 2. assisting fitters for changing the worn out/damaged parts such as hoses, valves, high pressure pipe fittings, filters, etc., while doing maintenance of the systems. 3. assisting in oil top up/replacement with proper grade of oil in the respective hydraulic / lube oil tanks and gear boxes in the machines / equipments. 4. assisting in greasing of machines, cranes and facility items at pppu. all greasing points in the plummer blocks, pillow blocks, guide ways, machines greasing points are to be filled with necessary grade of grease manually or using grease gun wherever possib
