Tender For axle damper for wap-7 locos as per clw's drg. no. 1209-01-215-014 (ref-1) alt.'2 or latest & specn. no. clw/ms/3/spec/eldo-bogie/002 (rev.nil) or latest. imported dampers should be used as per rdso's letter no. el./3.1.35/2 (3-phase), dtd. 31.03.2011. indigenous source of dampers who have (i) successfully completed 01 year of field trials on 10 loco sets for wap-7 class of locomotives and (ii) found suitable in performance test (after completion of field trial of one year on one loco set damper as per governing specification) may be considered for regular supply.
