Tender For custom bid for services - providing non-critical jobs at nashik lpg plant-manpower outsourcing services - man-days based; manpower outsourcing services - fixed remuneration; manpower outsourcing services - minimum wage: 1. segregation of dpt, and omc cylinders and without o-ring cylinders stacking the same: segregating of dpt, hr, cr, eis, ts, rejected, omc and without o-ring cylinders from conveyor during plant operation and stacking these cylinders at designated position as per officer in-charge. count of dpt, hr, eis, ts, rejected and omc cylinders to be provided box-lorry wise to unloading tallyman to record same on erv and unloading register. new o-ring need to place in without o-ring cylinders. removal, stacking and unlocking/locking of cylinders over chain conveyor & floor as and when required during plant operation as directed by officer in-charge. bpcl may ask the manpower to perform any other work/job during the shift as directed by officer in-charge. positioning of manpower would be decided by bpcl officer in-charge. typically, this service would require deployment of estimated two man-powers in each shift, i.e., total of estimated four man-powers in a day. 2. purging of new, dpt and hr cylinders and segregation of hr /cr /eis /ts /rejected/ and sloc wise stacking of dpt /hr /cr /eis /ts /rejected/omc cylinders: ensuring purging of all types of new , pressure tested and hot repaired cylinders in shift and handover to shed officer and keep record with signature of shed officers storage location wise stacking of segregated cylinders having all hr, cr, eis, ts, rejected and omc cylinders with them. stacking of these cylinders at designated position to be done as advised by officer in-charge. dented/rejected cylinders further need to be checked for depth of dent and need to be recorded before rejecting the cylinder. removal of cylinders from chain conveyor and feeding cylinders to carousal from empty cylinders floor stock, as and when required during plant operation as directed by officer in-charge. bpcl may ask the manpower to perform any other work/job during the shift as directed by officer in-charge. positioning of manpower would be decided by bpcl officer in-charge. typically, this service would require deployment of estimated two man-powers in each shift i.e., total of estimated four man-powers in a day. 3. replacement of o ring- replacement of all lpg cylinder o-ring which are rejected by o-ring leak detecting machine or cvt and circulating of test cylinder in the loop. removal, stacking and unlocking/locking of cylinders over chain conveyor & floor as and when required during plant operation as directed by officer in-charge. bpcl may ask the manpower to perform any other work/job during the shift as directed by officer in-charge. positioning of manpower would be decided by bpcl officer in-charge. typically, this service would require deployment of estimated two man-powers in each shift, i.e., total of estimated four man-powers in a day. 4. lpg cyl handl prod line sealing (seal placement) seal placement after the cylinder has been checked at test bath and before it reaches the hot air sealing machine. it has to ensure both 14.2 kg and 19 kg cylinder on the line has to have seal placed on it before it could be sealed by hot air sealing machine. it has to ensure that there should be no line jam due to cylinders stuck at the passage of sealing machine if found need to rectify immediately as per instruction of officer in charge. there should be no waste of seals and the seal box should be placed in proper manner and to maintain the good housekeeping. typically, this service would require deployment of estimated two man-powers in each shift, i.e., total of estimated four man-powers in a day. 5. shifting of defective cylinders..
