Tender For dismantling & repairing of v.t pump 150 cusec pump no 4 after removing h.t. motors then opening pump coupling, motor stool, driving coupling thrust bearing delivery pipe joints & lifting column pipe shafts tubes rubber bearing spiders sleeves etc. all component up to bell mouth of pump, muff coupling of stainless steel material as per original sample for jointing intermediate shaft, impeller of pump by opening & taking out all the twisted and rubbed vanes, straightening the twisted vanes and welding on rubbed portion by high quality s.s. welding electrodes & grinding etc. for giving it, it is original shape and size fitting vanes in impeller body using new lock washers balancing the impeller complete on precision machines its cartage from site to suitable work shop and back.,ratchet pin housing with cutting rubbed portion welding with c.i. welding rod with proper method, then machining from different angle on precision machine to bring it proper shape & size, neck ring assembly of pump by casting, moulding, turning, finishing to proper size as per specification/sample including cost of all materials, labour, casting forma making including carriage of job sample from site to suitable workshop and back.and erection & commissioning of repaired pump with column pipe, housing pipe, impeller shaft, bowl assembly, spider etc. including assembling of pump by repairing all repaired neck ring, rubber bearing etc. and erecting all above parts of pump in the suction sump including all t&p, labour etc. at ayodhya pump canal vikramjot vasti
