Tender For jhansi division -bsz-gtm- ctr (p) - 36.51 tkm & jhansi division -gtm-bzm ctr (p) - 32.23 tkm-ns item :- a) running track site:- replacement of old sleepers and rails (ctr) by dismantling existing track of all types of sleepers by making 13m loose rail panel (or any suitable length panel) with existing sleepers & sh rail (for removing existing track) with wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers at density of 1660 sleepers per km assembled with loose rail panel (or any suitable rail length panel of sh rail) in pqrs depot and placing over ballast properly during traffic block after removing panels of old sleeper and sh rail of 13 m loose rail panel (or any suitable length panel) wth the use of contractor's pqrs machine by providing auxilary track with gauge of 3400mm (either with the use of existing rail from existing track or with new rail unloaded by contractor from eur in block as instructed by sse/p-way, (if required) over metal/ wooden sleepers, to be provided by railway, 500 nos./rail km on both rails at the interval of 2m) and providing fish plates for joining loose sh rail over wider base sleeper for continuity of track and maintaining track parameters as per para 522 of irpwm 2020 to keep the track fit for 30kmph. sh rail over new wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers to be replaced with newlearlier existing rail on running track (with replacement of rutbber pad, liner & greased erc and greasing of liner contract area. grease to be used should be of 'o' graphite grease as per s code 408). as soon as loose rail length of track reaches 500m/750nm (as per decision of railway site engineer ie. sseje/ p-way), loading of track panel (sh rail over old normal sleeper and tied with erc) of approximately 13 m length over railway wagons and unloading of track panels of the length of 13 m (or any suitable length) and wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers will be done during traffic block. trr with the rail of the length of 250 m to 500m (preferably 20rail panel) will have to be done as soon as track of loose rail exceeds 500m length. further the contractor wil follow instructions of sse/p-way to relax speed of track upto maximum speed of section as per schedule laid down in irpwm 2020 para 708 for machine tamping with all machine packing related works such as recoupment of crib ballast, shoulder ballast, boxing and dressing. the whole process wil continue ill completion of work. auxilary track (at) will have to be removed with advancement of ctr work as per direction of railway (sse/jeip-way). b) pqrs depot: track panel with sh rail of 13 m or any suitable length over wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers will be made with necessary fittings in pqrs depot. loading of these panels over railway wagons and unloading of released track panels (released from running track) consisting of all types of rails & sleepers from railway wagon at pqrs depot using contractor's own portal crane including dismantling and stacking each component of track properly at designated locations. (note: this item of complete track renewal with wider base sleeper is a composite item and all activities as required will have to be done by the contractor with his/her own pqrs machine & other machines, tools and plants including all other resources as per requirement of the work (in pqrs depot and during traffic block in running tack). ralway will provide wagons and locomotives free of cost for loading/unloading and transportation tofrom pors depot/work site (running track) for loose rail panels with normal old sleepers and with wider base sleepers/revised wider base sleepers. nothing extra will be paid except the rates as mentioned against the item. raiway will also provide metal/wooden sleepers required for at, free of cost. various activities which are involved in ctr work are elaborated in "sequence of activities provided with tender schedule." (unit- per track km.).

(1 nso.) 4. transportation, installation of point machine on ms plate fixed on wooden/psc/steel sleeper complete with fixing of anti-theft arrangement, "d" bracket, junction boxes, connection including smithy works involved for ground connection, including riveting/welding of angle cleats, termination of cables. preliminary adjustment for operation of points by crank handle oiling, greasing, painting and lettering as required. this also includes supply and fixing telescopic arrangement using gi pipes of required dia for provision of wires from junction box to point machine.(1 no.) 5. wiring and testing of electric point machine as per the wiring diagram supplied by the railway. this also includes the connection of electric point machine and fixing of insulation materials and providing two numbers of seven lever ( 7 lever) goderj locks with three keys each, per machine for outside cover, fixing arrangement of crank handle interlocking in point machine, and fixing of e type lock ( if required).(1nos.) 6. supply of steel apparatus case large size as per drg. no.- con/sk/1/186/ and spec no irs:s-10/78 (adv) with latest amend. with "e" type lock & key of ward no.-32 with handle. (1 nos.) 7. transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of steel apparatus case (full) with fixing of e-type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination, clamping filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per drg no. s & t/con/sk/16. this included earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition including supply of all required materials wire coils 6 way terminal pbt hylam sheet, wooden plank etc. (1 no.) 8. pvc insulated amoured, unscreened, underground railway signaling cable as per specification no. irs:s63/2014(rev.4.0) 12/core (250 mtrs) 9. excavation of trenches of depth 1.0m including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil. this work also including covering of cables laid in trench and backfilling, ranning and consolidation of soil as well as disposal of extra soil after cable is laid as specified in guidelines on signaling cable laying given by rdso and any latest circular.(100 mrtrs) 10. track crossing by horizontal boring method as per technical specification of manual as per feasibility of site condition including supply of dwc pipe or hdpe pipes.
