Tender For bid to ras corrigendum : custom bid for services - computing module do - 254 compliant fpga d; ar/vr application development including hardware installation-i. certifying and external review authority: rcma/ cemilac and ada ivnv group. ii. design assurance level: dal-a as per ada order iii. fpga development overview: the computing module is the core of the store control system. it consists of a main computing unit (ti s tms570 mcu) for control & fpga for glue logic and peripheral interfaces along with dio and combinational logic. description of computing module (cm) - this computing module is a microcontroller based design. it includes microchip proasic3l series fpga to provide required peripherals. the microcontroller and fpga are connected on 16 bit parallel data bus from the microcontroller. there are total three peripherals connected on the parallel bus. an external flash memory, sram memory and a fpga, all connected devices are memory mapped with respective memory ranges. the fpga provides mil1553 interface with external mil1553 controller, uart, discrete input and output, elapsed counter etc. interfaces to the main microcontroller. the fpga also includes the prognostic logic which records temperature and vibration sensor data over i2c and spi interfaces and writes this data to fram memory connected on spi interface with fpga..
