Tender For auction sale of others - total qty.= 10 nos., description:- scrap and unserviceable masonry structure of abandoned railway quarter nos. at anuppur - 06/1-6, 11/1-2, 27/1-2(10 units, type-i) with total plinth area of 415.26 sq. meters. remarks - 1) dismantling of the above quarters will be done by the purchaser at his own cost and risk and without causing any loss to any railway property. purchaser will demolish and clear up to ground level only. while dismantling explosive should not be used. all the debris, unserviceable materials to be cleared from site to outside railway land by the purchaser. 2) any loss due to theft, accident etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway. 3) purchaser will not demolish water supply pipeline and electrical post in the form of pipe or rail and the same are not offered for auction. 4) the purchaser is to return the fencing & fencing gate, pvc door, water supply pipe, electrical fittings including connecting pipe are not offered. 5) auction components do not include chain link, barbed wire, tie bar panel, rail fencing post, water supply pipe & electrical post. the same has to be return back to stockholder/custodian.special remarks - 1) due to complexity of lot, free delivery period against this lot will be 80 days as per railway board letter no. 2015/rs(s)/709/5 dated 29/01/16 under chapter no.-7.4. 2) material to be sold on as is where is basis and will be delivered in numbers.
