(2) purchaser will not demolish water supply pipe line and electrical post in the form of pipe or rail and the same are not offered for auction. (electrical and water supply fittings also not included in auction, hence if found may be returned back to store holder). (3) any loss due to theft, accident etc shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and no claim on this account will be entertained by the railway.
