Tender For 630mm dia driving wheel assembly for lt of 35/10 ton eot crane no.3, as per rwf drg no 711014411720 with part drawings rwf drg no 711014411710 for items 1 to 17 related to driving wheel only.special conditions:-1) the tenderer shall be a reputed cr ane manufacturer or reputed supplier to the manufacturer of crane or shall have sup plied crane wheel assemblies for 35t eot crane or higher capacity cranes to other firm s. a list of recent successful supplies to the firms to be furnished along with the offe r.2) the long travel wheel assemblies must be guaranteed for fitment on m/s. greaves class iv duty hot metal handling cranes for material, workmanship and performance f or a period of 18 months from the date of supply and 12 months from the date of comm issioning which ever is earlier.3) for long travel wheels, material test certificate for chemical composition, hardness, ut from reputed testing laboratories should accompa ny the supply.4) for driving axle test certificate for material, ut should accompany th e supply.5) for remaining parts material test certificate should be provided.6) the beari ng should be of skf/fag/ntn make with steel cage only and should be offered with pre despatch visual inspection certificate from the authorised representative of the beari ng manufacturer along with tamper proof seal. 7) the fasteners should be of high ten sile quality and of lps/un brako (pfl)/tvs make only. 8) inspection by m/s tpi.
