Tender For corrigendum : supply of material and erection of equipments and structure for construction of 01 no. 132/33kv bay at 132kv sub-station harraiya under electricity transmission division-i, basti - supply, pale fencing, earthing 40 mm ms rod for main earthing, earthing 40 mm ms electrodes ( 3 meter longs), m.s. flat for earthing 75x10, m.s. flat for earthing 50x6, air conditioning system, two ton window ac with all accessories and stabilizer(not less than 5kva capacity) with installation, single tension fitting suitable for, acsr moose, acsr panther, single suspension fittings suitable for, acsr moose, acsr panther, pg clamp suitable for, moose/ moose, moose/panther, panther/panther, bus post clamp suitable for, panther, twin panther, moose, lightening fixture led luminaries type sl-di as per tech specifications, work, erection of main & auxiliary structure consisting of column. beam peak, mast etc and auxiliary structure of installation of cts, la etc. the job consists of shifting of all materials from store to site of erection and erection of structures as per drawing with the help of gi nut & bolts, flat & spring washer with matching the hole, cutting & matching of member if required, including cost of all men and t&p excluding gi structure nut & bolts to complete the work. gi structures, nut & bolts and washer will be provided by department free of cost., erection of 145 kv equipments, 145 kv bus/line and tandom isolator, 145 kv current transformer, 145 kv post insulator, 120 kv lightening arrestor, 145 kv ct junction box, 132 kv transformer (c&r) panel, 145 kv sf-6 circuit breaker, erection of 33 kv equipments, 33 kv vacuum circuit breaker, 33 kv isolator, 33 kv current transformer, 33 kv lightening arrestor, 33 kv ct junction box, stringing of three phase jack bus 132 kv with panther conductor. the work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of single/double bolted type tension fitting/suspension. hoisting of disc insulators and shifting of material from store*site to erection site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction of engineer incharge., 132 kv jack bus for transformer, 132 kv making of u jumpers, equipments interconnection jumpering with main bus bar. job includes bending of conductor in proper shape tightening with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the job., transformer bay for 132 & 33 kv side, laying and termination of following size control cable in trench/cable trays from different control room c&r panels to switchyard equipments (132/33 kv cb, ct their junction boxes . transformer marshalling etc) in 132/33 kv switchyard as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work., 2cx2.5mm2, 4cx2.5mm2, 6cx2.5mm2, 10cx2.5mm2, termination of control cable ( per termination), cutting strengthening bending and laying 700 mm/500 mm below inside ground and above ground of following size m.s. flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure and equipments including welding with main earth mat and with objects to be earthed, excavation trenches and back filling painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. m.s. flat will be providing by the contractor free of cost., 75x10 mm, 50x6 mm, making delta earthing of 120 & 33 kv la by fabrication of 03 nos 3 mtr m.s. round bar ( 36/40 mm dia) electrode it piercing inside the ground and connecting all 03 nos electrodes with 36/40 mm m.s. round laying around as per drawing painting the jointing with 75x10 mm m.s. round bar laying around as per drawing. painting the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joints by wire brush ms round bar will be provided by dept, free of cost., dismantling of 250k.va 33/0.4k.v station t/f work includes opening of jampers/cable connection/cutting of earthing etc., laying of 300/400mmsq. 3.5core power cable from
