Tender For corrigendum : supply of ferritic steel sheet 6x1250x3500mm., as per drawing: rdso spec no.c-k201, gra de x2crni12 (409m) table 1&2. heat treatment condition 2d as per table-5., packing instructi on: stainless steel sheets, coils and plates:- (a) stainless steel (austenitic & ferritic ste el) coils. the coil shall be protected in reasonably good condition to withstand norm al handling hazard during transit with the following provision as the barest minimum: i) coil should be wrapped with a layer of water proof paper through out whole length. ii) coil should be wrapped with a layer of biodegradeable sheet. iii) outer & inne r of coil should be wrapped with gi sheet. iv) side of the coil should be covered with c ard board sheet. v) after this whole coil should be wrapped with biodegradeable plast ic sheet of suitable thickness. vi) the inner edge of the coil should be protected by gi r ing followed by another iron ring. vii) outer edge of the coil should be wrapped with gi ring. viii) coil should be securely strapped with minium 5 steel bands through the eye s of the coil and minium 3 steel bands on the circumference of the eye. ix) whole coil s hould be mounted on wooden blocks for easy lifting/stacking. x) the sheets in coil for m for thickness 2mm and above shall have: inner dia of coil 450-800mm outer dia of coil 1000-1300mm weight of coil 2.4 - 10 tonnes xi) the sheets in coil form for thickness belo w 2mm shall have: inner dia of coil 450-650mm outer dia of coil 1000-1300mm weight of c oil 5.0 - 10 tonnes. (b) stainless steel (austenitic & ferritic steel plates/sheets) i) the sh eets/plates shall be supplied in bundles of optimum weight: 2mt+/-10% & each sheet/plat e shall be seprated with a layer of water proof paper, after this the whole bundle sho uld be wrapped with double layer of water proof paper and a biodegradeable plastic s heet of suitable thickness. a metal protection in edges should also be provided. ii) all bundles shall have a minimum of 2 hoops upto 1.2 meter in length and one extra hoop f or every additional meter. the bundles shall also be provided with skid (wooden packi ng under neath) to facilitate handling. mechanical damange & corrosion during transi t if any shall be at the cost of supplier. , proction procedure: covered in pi [ warranty perio d: 30 months after the date of delivery ]

Tender For manufacture, supply and installation of cross beam girder (size of beam 11 meter long, cross section 500 mm height & 180 mm width approx.) of 3ton eot crane along with suitable long transverse ge ared motors 2nos as per rwf drawing no. 703402210640. note: 1. only crane manufacturers or their auth orized representatives with relevant expertise shall be eligible to participate in the tender. 2. the drawing attached is only for the general guidance. the supplier shall visit the rwf and take necessary data before c ommencing the work. 3. all raw materials necessary for the fabrication, including channels, plates, and stru ctural steel, shall be supplied by the supplier. 4. the supplier shall also be responsible for the transportatio n of all components such as the fabricated cross beam, hoist, channels, plates, etc., to the rail wheel facto ry (rwf), including both to and fro movements, and shall bear all associated transportation charges. 5. the supplier shall dismantling the existing electrical connections and the removal of the hoist assembly. proper support beams must be provided between the end carriages, and the cross beam (girder) must be carefully supported before the removal of mounting bolts. the cross beam should then be lowered cautiously to prev ent damage to surrounding equipment and shifted to the designated location. the temporary support beam for the end carriages shall be removed thereafter. 6. the supplier shall remove the existing long travel gea rbox along with its motor, and install a new gearbox and motor fitted with suitable gears and couplings. th e hoist is to be reinstalled in its original position, and all electrical connections must be restored accordingl y. once the mechanical and electrical installations are complete, the cross beam and associated structures shall be painted in yellow and black colors, adhering to standard safety norms for cranes. 7. rwf will provi de to the supplier with air, electricity, water, and welding/oxy-cutting consumables free of cost. however, t he supplier is required to supply all raw materials for fabrication and arrange all necessary tools, lifting tac kles, and handling equipment for the execution of the work. the supplier is also obligated to provide appro priate personal protective equipment (ppe) such as helmets, gloves, safety harnesses, and other safety gea r to all personnel working at the site. 8. after completion of all work, the supplier must conduct a load test of the crane and submit a valid load test certificate. throughout the execution, the supplier will be solely re sponsible for the safety of all workers engaged in the activity, and the entire work shall be carried out in co mpliance with applicable safety standards and rwf's guidelines. 9. the motor with gearbox for the lt mov ement shall have a minimum power of 1 hp, and its output speed shall be suitable to achieve an lt movem ent speed of at least 20 meters per minute.
