Tender For supply of partition frame set of slrd, as per drawing: mppfwslrdf version 1, packing inst ruction: `packing condition of set of partition frame and procedure to achieve best poss ible protection during transportation: 1. surface preparation: - thoroughly clean the components to remove any dirt, grease or contaminants - apply a protective film, such as pvc or laser film or bubble sheet, to shield surfaces from scratches and environme ntal factor. 2. packing materials: - wooden crates: construct sturdy wooden cage tail ored to the component's dimensions. - steel strapping: utilize rust-proof steel straps t o securely bundle components, preventing movement during transit. 3. moisture barrie r: - incorporate moisture-proof materials, such as plastic film or water proof ability p aper, to guard against corrosion. 4. component arrangement: - place components on w ooden pallets or within custom-designed supports to distribute weight evenly and pre vent deformation. - ensure that no part of the component extends beyond the protecti ve packaging to avoid exposure to potential damage. 5. securing the components: - use steel straps or ropes to fimly anchor the components within the wooden crate, minimizing internal movement. - for added stability, employ bracing or cushioning mate rials, such as foam pads or corrugated inserts, to fill voids and absorb shocks. - hard ware items to be suitably packed separately inside the crate. 6. labeling and document ation: - clearly label each package with essential information, including pl no. specific ations, details of each set with qty. and also keep one copy inside ot the crate, weight, handling instructions and firm's & destination details. 7. loading onto trailer/lorry/tr uck/transport: - strategically position the packaged components within the truck/suit able to maintain balance and prevent shifting during transit. - secure the packages to the container's structure using lashing ties or additional bracing as needed. 8. final i nspection and sealing: - conduct a thorough inspection to verify that all components are securely packed and that packaging materials are intact.
