Tender For providing of custom bid for services - dip shop operation works in imm bhe bhopal-service contract for dip shop operation of lt/ht induction motors with power rating more than 100 kw at industrial machines manufacturing (imm) division of bhel-bhopal. duration up to 30.06.2026- a) dip shop oven operation, monitoring of temperature during preheating of wound stator, curing of capsules, heating of h compact frames, cleaning/grinding of capsules (wound stator post vpi) and slip ring rotors, removing of silicon grease and cleaning/grinding of slip ring rotors, b) definition of "similar work" should be as per the technical pqc., c) miscellaneous dip shop works as per ges/drawings/job cards issued for dip shop of stators, slip ring and squirrel cage rotors., d) contractor shall be provided work order number of stators and slip ring rotors, daily work record to be maintained by the contractor in log book., e) supervision of work will be in contractor's scope., f), however, scope of work may vary depending upon the drawing and as per directive from the concerned executive/supervisors., g) for better understanding of work /job contractor may visit shop in any working day between 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
