Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - condemned non-ac coach no. er-024073, type- gs. qty.- 1 no. list of excluded items (mechanical) for gs-er-024073: (i) wheel set with axle and roller bearing and axle boxes with axle box cover- 04 nos, (ii) bogie- 02 nos, (iii) all sorts of helical spring, (iv) distributor valve- 01 no, (v) common pipe bracket- 01 no, (vi) control reservoir- 01 no, (vii) brake cylinder (bmbc)- 04 nos, (viii) buffer plunger- 04 nos, (ix) wearing piece (bronze)- 04 nos, (x) lavatory overhead water tank- 04 nos. electrical excluded items are deleted vide letter under dy.cee(w)/llh's letter no- tl/cond/coach/48/vol-ii, dated 12/02/2024, hence the coache will be disposed through auction sale with all electrical items. saleable weight of coache included with the following non-ferrous items & non-metallic items of coache. saleable weight included non-ferrous items of each coaches are: (i) pb- 342 kg of 01 set battery, (ii) al- 4.7 kg & cu- 0.9 kg of 1 set. rru (4.5 kw), (iii) cu- 11.57 kg and al-1.03 kg of 1 set. alternators (4.5 kw) & these weight particulars of non-ferrous items are given as per dy.cee(w)/llh's letter no- tl/cond/coach/48/vol-ii dated 12/02/24. hence total non-ferrous items of the coache are: (i) pb= 342 kg, (ii) al= (4.7 kg+1.03 kg)= 5.73 kg, (iii) cu= (0.9 kg+11.57 kg)= 12.47 kg. saleable weight also included weight of non-metallic items and total weight= 1.875 mt (approx.). non-metallic items like lp/sunmica sheet, compreg. sheets, pvc sheet, different types of glasses, coir & rexin etc. the above mentioned condemned coache is for auction sale without excluded fittings (mechanical) maintaining terms and condition for cutting and dismantling of coache mentioned vide crse/er/kkk's letter no mc/300/pt.xx dated 16.02.24. all the excluded items available in the above coache are to be returned to the custodian by the purchaser during return over programme as per extant rule.
