Tender For tender for supply of fibreglass coated fabric for protection of wire rope of hoist at casting m/c in rodding shop-i fabric: fiberglass coated fabrics- outside inside aramid fabric contact side fabric - ptfe glass laminated, type : flexible width: 1200mm to be supplied in a single roll of 50 meters length data sheet of fabric: weight (g/sqm) : min. : 470 as per is:14716 thickness (mm) : 0.35 as per is:7702 tensile strength warp (n/50mm) : 2000 as per ist:80.6(01), weft (n/50mm) : 1500 as per ist:80.6(01) elongation : warp (%) & weft (%): 5 application features:- a) the material should be high temperature resistant. it shall withstand a temperature of 250 deg & occasionally withstand temperature of 600 deg. b) fabric shall be resistant to oil, water, fume, smoke and dust. c) 100% sealing against oil, water, fume, smoke and dust. d) material should withstand against molten iron metal spatter. note: 1) temperture with standabilty test shall be done from govt approved lab & test report shall be submitted along with supply. 2) test certificate from any govt approved lab wrt specification as in data sheet shall be submitted along with supply.
