Tender For auction sale of rolling stock - scrap iron and steel cut up parts of condemned bfkhn wagons no as following: [1] cncr 98259100282 bfkhn. condition:-[1].the wagon is sold on number basis however delivery shall be given on actual weighment basis at thetime of delivery. the lot weight mentioned in the catalogue is on approximate basis.the maximum permissible deliverable quantity (11.640 mt) is the lot quantity (11.640 mt) as mentioned in the catalogue.[2].the weighment of the material shall be carried out at ssy/jmpw weighbridge . [3]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is less than the estimated/sold quantity, no claim for shortage, refund or proportionate return of sale value shall be entertained.[4]. if the actual quantity found at the time of delivery is more than the estimated/sold quantity, the excess material shall not be delivered to the purchaser and shall be retained/returned to the custodian.[5]. no dispute regarding variation in weight shall be entertained after e-auction sale.
