(iv) the rate quoted by the contractor for above jobs under item no 1 to 4 shall be inclusive of cost of works under note (i) to (iii) above. (v) the said complaints shall be rectified within 12 hrs of the registration of the complaints failing which recovery of rs.500/commplaint shall be made for contractors due payment (vi) the stores/item required for the works under item no 1to 4 shall be measured separately under relevant item as supply only.
