Tender For supply of materials and erection for shifting of control room pannel at 33/ 11 kv sub station bharsawa distt. kaushambi under deposit scheme on turnkey basis under edc, kaushambi - name of work: supply, carriage & erection of materials for control room pannel shifting of shiffting of 33/11 kv s/s bharsawa distt. kaushambi, supply of centralised materials, 11 kv switch gear 600/300/5a 350 mva i/c, 11 kv switch gear 200/100/5a 350 mva o/g, 11 kv 3x300 mm2 xlpecable, 11 kv 3x120 mm2 xlpecable, 24 volt battery, 24 volt battery charger, pcc. 8.5 mtr. long for feeder, 11 kv tpmo switch with fixing clamp, 11 kv top channel, 11 kv dropper angle, earthing complete, stay set complete, 11 kv polymer pin insulator, 11 kv polymer disc insulator, 11 kv disc fiting, 33 kv control panel t/f, acsr weasel conductor, supply of de-centralised materials, 11 kv 3x120 mm2 xlpe cable jointing kit o/d & i/d, control cable 4x2.5 mm2, control cable 2x2.5 mm2, g.i. pipe 6 " dia, rubber matting, clamp with nut & bosts, earth wire clamp for pcc pole, stay clamp for pcc pole, top channel clamp pcc pole, dropper channel clamp pcc pole, g.i. strip 35x6 mm, carriage of following material, pcc pole 8.5 mtr. long., structure of la, 33kv isolator, 33 kv cts, single t/f control pannel, 33kv vcb,11 kv outgoing. incoming pannel, battery & battery charger and other associated accessiories etc. (availibility at concern store center of store division), erection work, installation of 33 kv single transformer control pannel 2 no., incoming 2 no. and 7 no. outgoing in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. all material will be provided by the contractor except vcb and crp., construction of cable trenchs with top cover and laying of control cable for vcb, c.t. & t/f control pannel etc. as per direction of engineer. trenchs to be 12 wide and 9 deep. work includes digging, of trench, concreting of the foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 r.b. wall 9 wide with cement mortar 1:4 and plastering inside the trench in the ratio 1:3 and sand filling in the trench. all material will be provided by the contractor., earthing of 11 kv indoor equipments, switchgears as per resspo drawing. with g.i. strip of size 35x6 mm. g.i. strip fully welded at both ends and to be connected with earthmat,, erection of dp with pcc pole 8.5 mtr long with all accessaries and grouting of the pcc pole with cement, sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x 1.5 mtr deep under the ground as per drawing no. res-6.(cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.), installation of 24 volt battery and battery charger with cabinet in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. fixing of rag bolt., laying of 11 kv 3x300/3x185/ 3x120 sqmm. xlpe cable by digging 0.75 mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it rmt and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be pvovided by the contractor., fixing and termination of outdoor/ indoor heat shrinkable cable boxes of size 3 x300/3x185/3x120 sqmm. xlpe cable. boxes will be supplied by the contractor, sundries ( as per site requirement/emergency work), safe dismantling of 11 kv o/g pannel & received back to store, laying of weasel conductor with the help of aluminium roller by hanging three nos. on each support in a manner taking sufficient care to ensure safety of weasel conductor against rubbing on ground, precaution for safety of crops is also to be taken. the work includes jointing of conductor by providing jointing sleaves, stringing of conductor upto correct sag and binding of conductor with insulators on each support. all material shall be provided by contractor such as join
