Tender For corrigendum : custom bid for services - reconditioning of coal feeder outlet reducer portion (chute) for both units of rtps-1. transportation of damaged/worn-out feeder outlet reducer portion (chute) from rtps, dvc site to vendor workshop and repaired chute from vendor workshop to rtps, dvc site is in the scope of vendor. 2. loading/unloading of materials are in the scope of vendor except at rtps, dvc site. 3. a joint inspection will be done at rtps site for noting & area marking on chute (area to be repaired) before receiving of material. 4. measure the worn-out portion & cut it completely with the help of cutting tools or plasma cutter. 5. grinding and edge preparation is to be done as per requirement on plate before welding. 6. fit the new plate as per requirement and weld it in chute with proper welding electrode308l and grind finish is required after welding. 7. new plate & its bending in required shape is in the scope of vendor. 8. all consumable like welding electrode, cutting wheel, grinding wheel, etc. are in the scope of vendor. 9. plate material (plate thickness-12 mm, material- ss304, make will be only of three company sail, tata & jindal) is in the scope of vendor. 10. repairing/replacement of ms flange if required will be in vendor scope. 11. payment will be made on actual square meter repaired by vendor. 12. quantity of chute for repair is 12 nos it may vary (may be increase or decrease). 13. delivery period is 180 days after placement of wo. 14. part payment against part supply is acceptable. 15. the reconditioned chute has to be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of supply & 06 months from date of commissioning whichever is earlier against bad workmanship. guarantee/warrantee certificate to be furnished at the time of completion of work. 16. party has to submit the 1:1 fitment cum interchangeability certificate of material. 17. the party has to submit the indemnity bond after placement of work order. 18. pre-dispatch inspection shall be carried out by m/s dvc at vendor s works and the vendor has to intimate 15 days in advance regarding readiness of the material. 19. dimensional verification & positive metal identification (pmi) test shall be carried out during pdi for ss 304 plates welded to chute and the vendor has to arrange machine with valid calibration certificate at their own cost. 20. all the old & damaged scrap cut during the course of work shall be returned to m/s dvc during delivery of chute at rtps.
