Tender For corrigendum : supply of spare components and replacement of damaged components in induced draft pultruded frp counter flow cooling tower at heavy water plant (kota) site. - supply of pvc film fill block of size 6 x2 x2 ., supply of square channels of pultruded frp material of size (width/height x thickness x length): 4 inch x 1/4 inch x 24 feet., supply of c-channels of pultruded frp material of size (width x height x thickness x length): 4 inch x 1-1/8 inch x 1/4 inch x 18 feet., supply of c-channels of pultruded frp material of size (width x height x thickness x length): 6 inch x 1-5/8 inch x 1/4 inch x 18 feet., supply of complete partition sheets (frp sheets) of adjacent cells and replacement of existing partition sheets. sheet thickness: 3 mm. fasteners for installation of sheet shall be arranged by contractor., supply of hex head gi bolts with hex nut. size: m12 x 130 mm long., supply of self threading screws having hex head. size: dia 5 mm x 60 mm long., replacement of old neoprene rubber seal/grommet for distribution pipe with new seal/grommet (spare neoprene rubber seal/grommet shall be provided by dept.)., replacement of damaged water distribution nozzles with new nozzles (fasteners and gasket shall also be replaced) (spare nozzles along with fasteners and gasket shall be provided by dept.)., replacement of damaged pvc film fill blocks of size 6 x2 x2 with new fills blocks (for 410 nos. fills, spare pvc film fill sheets shall be provided by dept., contractor shall prepare fill blocks by corrugating, arranging adhesive, application of adhesive and assembly). scrap fills shall be shredded into pieces, packed in bags and shifted to designated place., replacement of damaged pvc drift eliminators with new pvc drift eliminators. (spare c type drift eliminators along with spacers shall be provided by dept., contractor shall assemble the drift eliminators)., removal, cleaning/de-choking and re-installation of water distribution nozzles., repair of leaky joints of outer frp sheets of cells by aligning sheets, jointing with fasteners and providing frp lining on joints from inside/outside. frp lining shall be of four chopped mat and two surface mats laminated with resin for 4 mm thickness., internal structural maintenance of main header, branch pipes, fill supports, main structural members of ct cells etc by replacing/providing square channels/c-channels etc supplied at sr. no. 2, 3 & 4 above.
