Tender For auction sale of pway scrap - scrap rail 52 kg remarks - 1. kachcha/pakka road is near the lot. no wear and tear has been provided for any scrap rail. 2. delivery shall be made on sectional weight per meter basis only. quantity is physically available. 3. lot no. has been painted on the lot. actual measurement is painted on each rail in meters. cutting of rails above 06 meters is allowed for ease of transportation. 4. quantity as per-ss-11 is 71.762 mts (nos-148 r/mtrs-1380.03) but actual quantity is 71.718 mts, (nos -148 r/mtrs-1379.19) and is physically available at site. 5.the custodian shall be responsible for any alteration, addition and deletion after joint inspection. 6. fish plates joggled fish plates. glued joints, dunnage and other fitting shall be return to the stockholder. 7. similar scrape materials lying nearby shall not be delivered, only the listed lot shall be delivered. 8. bidders are advised to inspect the lot personally before bidding, no any claim will be entertained after sale of the lot. 9. lot is ok for sale on above observation. stock holder :- sse/way /kjt

Tender For auction sale of pway scrap - condemned u/s cl.iii rail 90 r - 337.72 mtrs. quantity - 15.077 mts. ds8 no.932001 dt.04-08-2025. custodian - sse/pw/cn/tbm. location - at km 122/27-29 between olakur and tindivanam. note- 1)delivery to be made on linear measurement basis. 2)when scrap rails for delivery on sectional weight basis are longer than 5 metres, to facilitate loading, purchasers [by engaging his own labourers] are permitted to cut the rails to convenient lengths of not less than 2.5 metres. 3)any type of road vehicle is permitted for loading of lot material. however, depending upon the lot location, on the date of delivery, the custodian shall decide on granting such permission, strictly observing all prescribed safety precautions.. 4)any clarification in location/ ds8 no & date - manual ds8/inspection report may be reffered with custodian(lot quantity column in catalogue/do is authentic. 4) purchaser has to ensure that lorry, crane , labour are arranged well in advance before effecting inventory of the lot(wherever applicable). 5)custodian should arrange to issue hard copy(phostat) of ds8s,do, etc.,(only essential documents) to all witnessing officials at the do location before taking inventory. purchaser is not responsible for handing over of do/ds8 copies. 6)nfs - as per udm/manual ds8/lot inspection report. any other attachment, to be cut and hand over to custodian. any other nfs material in the lot other than items earmarked for sale, should be handed over to custodian at the time of delivery.
