(w) putting extra mud/soil and levelling whenever surface rises due to rain/any other factor (5 tons per year as required). (x) application of manure, pesticides and fertilizers as and when required (approx. 100 kgs manure, 10 itrs pesticide, 20 kgs fertilizer) (y) watering of plants on surrounding area of ground outside of the compound wall twice in a week. (z) cleaning of compound wall from inside and entrance & exit area from both sides by removing wild growth and etc. once in a month.
