(5) dismantling of the sold lot is allowed only up to ground level of the condemned structure. (6) dismantling of the condemned structure (sold lot) will take place in the presence of nominated witnessing officials. (7) purchaser shall ensure that dismantling work does not affect or endanger safety and running of trains, life and railway property. (8) after dismantling of the condemned structures, purchaser will make the railways land clean, clear and level for further use. (9) any other item not mentioned in the do/bid sheet/ds-8/survey sheet will be treated as nfs (not for sale) and the same should be returned to the custodian and retained by the custodian. (10) the purchaser has to demolish the structure and then clear the building debris and then start to take the delivery. (11) delivery witnessing officials should ensure the clearance of building debris. (12) responsibility of the material from whence the dismantling starts and till the delivery completes- any theft/items missing- purchaser is squarely responsible.
