Tender For custom bid for services miscellaneous contingency works in ash utilization-1a) the scope of work includes providing and covering the earth of about 300 mm to 500 mm thick over the final ash layer as per site condition and direction of eic. the agency has to arrange the earth. the earth to be covered at already filled ash sites as and when required. the agency has to arrange the good earth including all compliances like permission from relevant govt office, payment of royalty etc. loading, transportation and disposal of earth at site, leveling or dressing of disposed earth (as per site condition and direction of eic) at different sites as per instruction of eic. 1b) in dewatering work the agency has to deploy dewatering pump (diesel/electric) with all the t&ps with suction and discharge pipes as per requirement at site so that water can discharged at the identified nearby channel/nallah etc. without causing any disturbance to the locality. 1c) agency has to provide jcb/excavator complete with operator and helper as required as per requirement at inside or outside of the plant as per instructions of eic. 1d) slag transportation to be done by agency as and when required from rsp slag yard and to be filled/laid in dyke and for repairing of road. 1e) the cleaning/moping work to be done inside/outside of the plant as per the requirement and instructions of eic. it includes moping and cleaning of roads and clearing any ash for emergency purpose during visit of govt. officials. 1f) a skilled manpower is required to be provided for various work like reconciliation of bricks and preparing logbook of the same, keeping and monitoring gps data of gps deployed in trucks, daily updation of ash user data required for ash sale, monitoring of jcb work, compiling end user data, monitoring of dewatering at site etc. computer skill is a requirement for this boq. 1g) the road cleaning of outside road of nspcl s silos using mechanized road sweeper machine to be done as per instruction of eic. hence the agency has to deploy required machinery along with all the fulfilments like operator, helper (if required), fuel and required maintenance along with spares for smooth operation of machine as per schedule and instruction if eic. the dust, dirt, debris etc. from the cleaning activities to be disposed at designated area in the direction of eic. 2. area of work: the job is to be carried out inside/outside of the plant as per requirement and as per instructions of eic. 3. list of major equipment and system covered in this contract: the following equipments may require to be deployed to achieve desired progress. the list is indicative and may vary as per actual requirement. a) jcb / pay loaders b) hiwas/tippers/trucks c) levelling equipment s with all accessories in good working condition d) water pump e) dg set f) road sweeping machine 4. general scope of work: various miscellaneous works like earth cover, dewatering, deployment of jcb, transportation of slag, ash cleaning from.
